The plumber came to fix a problem with our garbage disposal. He didnt fix it but he did take the $300. When we reached out to say the problem wasn't fixed he said he would come back and take a look. The day for the return visit came and went and he hasnt responded to us for months. So now we have to hire a new plumber to fix what he said he fixed. Save yourself the trouble and just hire the next plumber in your list.
I was very happy with the service Dave provided. He put in a ductless system for my entire home. Not only was he reasonably priced, but he was on time, attentive and very easy to contact when I had a question during the process. I would definitely recommend him and Keith!
Dave installed a new toilet + vanity and installed new hardware in an existing bathtub. Dave is professional + friendly, his communication is exceptional. He appeared as promised, and I believe the cost was on point. I am a truly happy customer and will share his number with my family and friends.
I can not say enough positive reviews for Dave! He spent awhile on the phone with me even before he had come out to see our ac. He answered every phone call or text immediately, worked around my schedule (which is absolutely unheard of for repairs) and took the time to explain exactly what went wrong and how he fixed it. If you are in need of an ac system repair do not look any further! I highly recommend.
Dave really helped us out big time today! We noticed a leak under the house after the town turned our water back on. Dave was able to squeeze us in and repair the damage on the same day we called. This is just unheard of these days. I had called other companies that were quoting me 4 to 5 days to address an emergency service request. Crazy! It was an ugly job in the crawl space under the house, dealing with nine breaks! It seems the plumber we used to winterize forgot to blow out the pipes grrrrrrr. I will be forever grateful to Dave. He was very professional and price was reasonable. Highly recommend! He will be my go to Plumber moving forward. Thanks again, Jennifer Burke
We live in Massachusetts and have an all electric house. This year we decided to replace an older central air unit with a heat-pump heating system to help lower our heating costs. We contacted several Mass-Save approved contractors and got varying information and a wide range of prices all of which were confusing. A trusted friend recommended we try Dave the Plumber. Dave came and explained the process, answered our questions and provided a fair price for a whole house system. He even went above and beyond by attaining state certification so that we could apply for the rebate! Dave completed the work in a timely manner, was professional and respectful of our schedule (I work the night shift) and property. He let us know what to expect at each step of the work. It was a pleasure to work with him on that project and the heat pump has been up and running since May with no problems. We were so pleased with Dave's work that we hired him to replace 2 older toilets, a bathroom sink, and install grab bars in the shower. Again the process was seamless. We would highly recommend Dave for your plumbing needs. He is respectful, courteous and competent.
Dave has been nothing but empathetic to me since I bought a house in Salem. He has helped me navigate all my plumbing issues and has always been responsive and ready to be at my house! I would always recommend Dave to a friend and neighbor :)
Dave the plumber replaced the shower valve for me because the lever to put water from tub to shower broke off. He came at the time he said and did a professional job. Would recommend to anyone for service and would use him again if we need anymore plumbing service.
First, a bit about me: I rarely (if ever) publicly post reviews and would only consider doing so in conditions such as this. Dave was recommended to us by a friend who is an industry associate of his. I had been told certain things by another HVAC person and - frankly - doubted whether that information was accurate and/or reasonable. Dave came and assessed our situation --- a dead 3-zone ductless system. Long story, short: For a price I felt was surprisingly fair, Dave installed a new GREE system that cools and heats. The product he recommended is just terrific. Over the course of this last summer, we had him back to replace another failing single-zone unit, and then to complete a 2-zone system; all GREE product. I want to stress that I am not one to embellish or aggrandize: Dave truly is a professional. He only performed top-notch work, kept every commitment, was timely and never left a mess. I've come to see that this is just the way he is --- no compromises; no BS. Thanks, Dave. You are a rarity, and we have benefited.
Dave was great, I needed emergency service, he arrived within the hour and fixed my boiler quickly and efficiently. The price was more than fair, I would recommend Dave and will be calling him in the future.
Dave the Plumber does a full maintenance of my Navien heating system every year. He also remodeled my bathroom. He strives for excellence!
