New Goodman HVAC R/R purchased and installed by Dave Barch in Charlotte area. Dave did a great job with install in a rental house last year so he comes highly recommended. Both units are now covered by Goodman Parts & Labor extended warranty for 10 years.
Dave was great, he is on time and very responsive. You cant beat his pricing and his quality. He gives it to you straight and doesn't try to take all your money. I would recommend him to anyone, he also was very helpful when dealing with insurance which is a huge plus!

Dave Barch Heating and AC is just the best of the best! He conducts his business with his heart. He used to fix my AC/Heat at my previous rental and last week, he serviced my AC at our new house. I appreciate that Dave genuinely cares about his client; I have a baby in hands; Dave understands the urgency and he will usually try to make it to my house the same day or the next morning whenever I sollicitate his service so that my baby won't suffer from the ac not working. He is very polite; he explains what the issue is and what needs to be done in order to fix it. He does what he has to do and he leaves. No drama!!! I appreciate his knowledge, kindness, promptness and professionalism.

Dave was so helpful and prompt when our AC stopped working! I called in the evening and he came out first thing the following morning. He was so friendly and kind and even allowed my 4 year old son to follow him around and pester him with questions. When we needed a part, he offered to contact the manufacturer of our HVAC in case the part was still under warranty. He got things running ASAP. Cannot recommend thing company highly enough!
Dave came to me via a recommendation from a neighbor’s father who had worked in the HVAC parts/equipment industry. We’d been working through some real deadbeats who sent someone out in street clothes on his first day on the job by himself and said we’d have to schedule another appointment- we’d been waiting about 2 weeks at this point with no AC in May/June. This all came through a home warranty company which is a whole other topic but I digress. I found his website via google after the aforementioned recommendation. I emailed him on a Saturday evening, he emailed me back first thing Sunday morning. Called me shortly after. We FaceTimed so I could show him the situation. Came out Monday. Got a text from my wife a little after lunch and said she was very happy with Dave and the price was half of what we’d been told my those before him. The price was half and the prior process was headed into a third week. Dave came out less than 48 hours later and my wife has a sweatshirt on in the house. Don’t mess around with the big names. Give this guy a chance. Glad we did!

The technician was very knowledgeable, and provided a professional, effortless experience uncommon in the HVAC industry. They quickly assessed my A/C, and provided clear guidance on the next steps to resolve it. Dave is very attentive to any questions you may have, very professional extremely skilled at everything he does. I could not have found a better technician. Super nice great guy! Very fast at putting in my new unit, I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a lifetime HV/AC company that responds quickly to your calls and shows up exactly when they say that they will be there! They are very knowledgeable about any type of unit that you have! Once again I highly recommend them!!!
This review is long overdue. Outstanding company with excellent service and value. I first met Dave when we were having issues with out HVAC for a newly purchased home. Dave came by the same day I called to access the situation. Our system was old and rather than push towards an immediate replacement, he fixed the problem and got us through the summer. He provided us with replacement options and when our 1989 system finally gave up, we immediately called Dave with DB Mechanical. He and his team promptly and professionally installed a new HVAC and furnace, and addressed some duct work issues. His pricing was very reasonable and he and his team was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Dave and his team.

Dave and his team were very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job of helping outline the best options for us with our broken AC coil. They were able to provide a better system at a better price with better customer service than the other big HVAC company I called first. Dave will be my first call next time!
