I requested a receipt and warranty multiple times for a “new” AC unit Darrell and his son installed But I never got one. I had Norman Heat and Air come out because that “new” unit quit working. They think it will cost $1700 to fix and they said the unit is strange and looks like it was stolen. This was said without knowing the story behind it. DONT USE DAROMEL!
