I recently had the pleasure of working with Sergiu for the installation of a new heating system on 06/08/2023. I must say, the service provided exceeded my expectations in every way! Sergiu's attention to detail was remarkable. He took the time to understand my needs and provided multiple options for me to choose from. His expertise and knowledge in the field were evident as he guided me through the decision-making process. The quoted price was also reasonable compared to my experience with two or three other companies I had consulted. During the installation process, Sergiu and his team were professional and efficient. They not only completed the installation flawlessly but also went the extra mile by tidying up the work area. Sergiu took the time to explain the functioning and usage of the new heating system, ensuring that I felt comfortable and confident before leaving. Simply the best. Sergiu knows heat pumps very well and did a great job at retrofitting it with the existing gas furnace. Job well done!

I contacted Danbrio after 5pm on a Friday because my furnace stopped working. I was expecting to leave a message since it was after 5 pm, but got a hold of Sergiu. He asked me questions regarding my furnace and what problems I was having. It broke down 2 weeks ago and the previous technician I hired couldn't figure out the problem. The previous technician came 5 different times but never fixed my furnace. That's when I decided to find someone else to fix the problem. I came across Danbrio through Google and chose the business based on the reviews. The reviews are true! He was able to squeeze me in his schedule on a Sunday. Most businesses don't even come out on Sundays. Sergiu came on time and fixed my furnace. Finally!!! We have heat again. I 100% recommend Danbrio for anyone that needs repairs or new heating/cooling installation. I will be getting my furnace serviced by Danbrio moving forward. I now have peace of mind knowing I have a business I can count on for my heating and or cooling needs. Sergiu was very thorough and took the time to diagnose the issue. DanBrio Heating and Cooling installed a water heater at our house. They were reasonably priced, very professional and did a great job. We are happy customers and would highly recommend them!
My thermostat had stopped working so I started looking for a professional for service and ended up reaching Sergeo at DANBRIO. He quickly added me to his schedule but also encouraged me to install a new thermostat myself, and even helped on the phone with the instructions. With his help I was able to fix the problem myself. I am very impressed by Sergei’s professionalism even though it meant lost revenue for him. I will certainly be hiring him if I need any help with our HVAC system. I strongly recommend him for his professionalism.
Sergio was amazing, he was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable, and his prices. I called him over the weekend and he spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to understand the problem and advising on what’s the next step. When he came out to look at our system, he did not charge a fee. He assessed it and gave us an honest response as to what needs to be changed. He was able to get the parts very quickly. It only took about two days showed up on time, and did a great work overall. Highly highly recommended.

Our furnace was broken last week. Sergio is able to give us a quote and installed the furnace within a week. Sergio is very punctual, nice and responsive. We will use him again.

I had a great experience working with Sergiu. He proactively helped us to prepare all the documentations that HOA requested for AC installation. He is very responsive and details oriented. I don’t need to worry about anything during the whole process. He was ably to get the equipments very quickly and complete the installation on time. I highly recommend his business.
Based on a recommendation from a friend, I called Sergiu to provide a maintenance check on my gas furnace. In previous years, I had relied on the original installers to service the unit but, have become increasingly disappointed with their level of service, despite being one of the larger companies operating in this area. I have no hesitation in awarding five stars to Danbrio Heating and Cooling. We have been using DANBRIO for our HVAC maintenance for years, and recently we decided to change the whole system as it got pretty old. We are extremely satisfied and happy that we did this important project with Sergiu. I can't say enough good words: attention to every detail, quality materials and quality workmanship, listening to the client carefully and doing his best to make them happy, punctuality, follow up and timely update, very professional but at the same time very warm attitude, and finally great pricing vs. the competition. Danbrio did a stellar job installing a complete new hybrid heat pump/gas furnace system on our house. They delivered exceptional service and attention to detail at a very fair price! It was so pleasant to work with them, strongly recommended!
Sergiu helped me with an annual check of the HVAC systems. He went through everything in detail, cleaned the coil throughly, explained how the system works, and helped me understand which part of the system I need to keep an eye on in the future. He is responsive and is flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend his service.

We recently installed a heat pump at our home to battle the heat of these new hot PNW summers. We got several quotes from different contractors and while Danbrio wasn't the cheapest, they did provide a better assessment, better brand, and higher quality products. Sergiu was fantastic. Super quick and easy communication. I lucked out and got same day support due to a cancellation to install my new Nest Thermostat. Installed and hooked up to my phone along with some troubleshooting with my furnace. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use Danbrio again!
