Best customer service, great people, and honest!
I called Dalltex at midnight on a Saturday during the Texas heatwave. Talked to Hector he was very friendly. Got an appt. the very next day. He arrived on time and in 2 hours had us back in cold air. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recommend his company highly. Thank you!!
Hector came out quickly to see what the issue was on our ac as the house was 85 degrees. This was on a Saturday! He diagnosed the issue quickly and spoke to us about options to help improve our quality. He came back out to replace the coil, add a return air and then direct the air duct from our master bedroim direct to the unit so we would get more air in our master bedroom. He completed the work timely and cleaned everything up when he left. He will be our go to on anything for our Ac/heating issues. Much appreciated his time and efforts!

I have been using these guys for years for my commercial business, and they have always been on time and able to fix the problem without breaking the bank. They have been so good that I also have them come to our house and do our maintenance and repairs there. Probably been using them for 10 years, and I have NEVER had a problem with them. My friend had a leaky air handler in the attic that was dripping into the ceiling into the house. He had a major well known HVAC service come out late one day. System is only 8 years old, replaced after a fire. Told him the evaporator coil was all rusted out and would need replaced for $4500, but that we should replace the whole 5 ton system for $10,000! Not knowing much about HVAC, he had decided to replace the evaporator for the $4500. Supposed to arrive the next day at 7:30am, but at 3:30pm and many excuses they did not show, I recommended he cancel and get a second opinion from a smaller local firm. Thank heaven for Mr. Chavez with DallTex! He lives in the neighborhood and arrived precisely at 9am as he said. The only thing wrong was a clogged condensation line. So my friend was almost cheated out of thousands of dollars by those crooks. Thank you Mr. Chavez for saving my friend who is retired and on a fixed income from a financial disaster.
Hector and the DallTex team always do a great job. Our A/C went out mid-day on a Friday and he came out the same day. We have used them multiple times over the past four years and would highly recommend them.

Awesome service, first day of serious heat and condensor motor goes out. DallTex was there and fix the problem! Very reasonable pricing, excellent service. Highly recommend them. I did not have to wait three days.

Dalltex did a great job. They were very careful to keep everything clean while working inside. They are very professional, and really nice to work with. We shopped around and they were very reasonably priced!
