Andrew Jason 2 and Zak were awesome!! They were on time efficient and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Answered all my questions . Did an all round fabulous job. Sorry they had to drive 2 hours to get to my house.
Tech showed up during the preset time window. Was friendly and professional. Gave me an honest assessment of the repair. Fixed quickly for an affordable price. Could have told me it was anything more expensive and I never would have known. Dallaire has earned my business!
My older air conditioning unit finally gave out. I called a competing local business for a diagnostic visit. Along with recommending to replace the AC, they also examined my furnace and found the heat exchanger cracked, and recommended its replacement as well. I appreciated the information, but not the five-figure replacement estimate. A family member recommended Andrew with DallAire. Within a day, he was over to take a look and confirm the recommendations, but with an estimate to take care of them at 2/3 the price. The installation was scheduled quickly. Andrew was friendly and hardworking throughout the entire process, even though the setup took all day. Everything is functioning fantastically, and even looks better, too! I highly recommend Andrew’s knowledgeable and outgoing services, and look forward to using DallAire again in the future.

From the minute we contacted DallAire, everything just went so smoothly it was like a breath of fresh air compared to other companies. We scheduled a whole new furnace install and Andrew came and did the work. He was friendly, respectful of our space even when I said to not worry about making a mess, and most importantly he did an awesome job and we have heat! Highly recommend! Thanks again!
Andrew D. Installed a new furnace for me. During the process he was on time, clean, respectful and over all just pleasant to have working on my furnace. I even had the privilege of the owner of the company stopping by and was able to chat with him for a few minutes. He was quite a nice guy too. If I need any work done in the future dallaire will be a company I call. Thanks for the help with the new furnace!
Randy was very professional and courteous to my family. He communicated everything clearly to me from the beginning of my quote for a mini split install in my master bedroom to the finished install. DallAire Heating and Cooling was priced fair and completed my install in a timely manner. Andrew and Randy did a remarkable install for my family. I was able to request the location for the head unit, flag out the location for the outdoor condenser unit, mark the studs for hanging the head unit, and wire the AC disconnect in advance. Randy was very accommodating when I had questions and updates. When Randy and Andrew showed up for the install, they hit a small snag. Although the supplier provided the wrong pad for installation, it didn't phase the team. Randy uncoupled the trailer and left to swap parts while Andrew worked diligently inside. Andrew used drop cloth and wore boot covers. The team respected my property and my family. As they installed my new mini split system, Andrew and Randy didn't hesitate to chat with me and answer questions. They truly care about doing a good job. The install was completed in one day. They cleaned up inside and outside with care. At the wrap up, Randy explained that DallAire would schedule the final mechanical inspection and coordinate with me. Jade did a great job scheduling the inspection and working with me on availability. I was able to schedule my electrical inspection for the same day. Everything is in perfect working order and is sure to provide relief and comfort. The company registered my products with Mitsubishi very quickly as well. The mechanical inspector commented on the clean, professional install. DallAire offers monthly maintenance programs with many added benefits. My wife and I are still discussing those options, but they seem pretty good to me. Reach out to Randy and get a quote for your needs, you'll be very happy.
I needed our ancient boiler system repaired and Randy was able to get us a brand new one for cheaper then what the repairs would of cost. He and Andrew were able to get the installation done it two days and even came back the next day to make sure everything was in working order…they are the best!! Definitely recommend for any heating cooling needs.
My furnace was on its last leg and its the middle of winter. Within a week, we had a new furnace! His work was very professional, he showed up on time. The inspector was very impressed with his work.
DallAire installed a Napoleon furnace and a Daikin 2-zone heat pump system. Randy, owner, and his crew most professionally installed the equipment. The products and service installation were fairly priced and competitive with the market (we got bids). The township inspector reviewed the install and commented that it was done exceptionally well. He asked for DallAire’s info and said “I’m always looking for good contractors”. We highly recommend DallAire for all your HVAC needs.
They put in a brand new boiler heater. And tankless hot water tank. Great service. Would highly recommend randy. Will recommend him to anyone who wants a valued company and great job done.
Randy is top notch. He was prompt to answer prior to the appointment. Arrived on time and did everything that needed to be done to maintain our equipment. Randy took the time to explain everything he did in terms I could understand. I would HIGHLY recommend Dallaire Heating.

I was looking for a company that I could trust and that was professional and not high in price. I found this with Dallaire and so much more. I was lucky enough to have the owner Randy come out and he went above and beyond what was needed to get my AC up and running. Randy is so personable and explained all that he was doing. He also came out on a Sunday and they are closed on this day. Cannot say how happy I am that I found his company! I am recommending him to family and friends. If you need any repairs done for heating or cooling please contact Randy at Dallaire you will not be sorry. I also recommend that you get the maintenance plan great service for low price! Randy also hooked a duct that was disconnected that went to a back bedroom for no extra charge. When in our crawl space Randy also noticed that there was a lot of moisture there and recommended that I follow up with builder regarding foundation. He went well above and beyond my expectations!
We chose to replace/upgrade our 15 year old furnace & A/C before we were stuck in an emergency! From the moment I contacted Randy, he was very professional & personable. We chose to schedule the work right away & it was a great decision. He and Andrew did a great job during the install, and kept us informed along the way of what was happening. Randy came out right away found the problem worked with me to find the best and most cost effective solution to get everything back up and working again. Would recommend him to anyone that need heating and cooling work done. Seemed really trust worthy and reliable treats you almost as if you were family.
Randy came out to look at our air conditioner that wouldn't come on. Within minutes he determined that the thermostat had been wired wrong and was able to quickly correct our issue to get our AC back on. So thankful for his quick service, especially during this unbearable heat!
Are 5 stars the highest I can go?! After getting referred to Randy, I decided to give him a try to replace my central air unit. Most of the pros provided quotes that were in the mid to high $4,000 range, so I was preparing for something in that ballpark. Randy provided his service for about $500 - $1000 less! My wallet can't thank him enough for that. Ha! What he wasn't short on, however, was his stellar professionalism. He had a thorough knowledge about HVAC systems, giving me full confidence in his ability to perform the work with the best quality. I especially appreciate the extra care he took working in a home as old as ours (over 100 years old now). Outside of his professional know-how, I also appreciate how friendly Randy is. I've heard horror stories (and even seen myself) professionals who deal with clients with condescension, almost as if they're annoyed if customers have questions. But Randy answered every single question I had and left me with no uncertainty about what was being done. I STRONGLY recommend DallAire for your HVAC needs!
