Nice guy does great work
We have been enjoying Jude's services for six or seven years without any complaints. His crew does yearly maintenance on our condo's central AC and has been able to identify potential issues before they become actual problems. And there has only been one issue that required repair beyond a maintenance visit. He is always professional, responsive, and brings a fair price. We have recommended him to numerous neighbors and everybody has been content with his work.
We attempted to change our thermostat for a new version and turned our heat off to do so. When we tried to turn it back on the pilot light decided to not light. Jude first tried to talk us through it on a FaceTime call but when that didn’t pan out he went out of his way to stop by and make sure we had a working furnace by fixing the transformer which had blown. He also helped finish the smart thermostat install with a new c wire. This was all done within a few hours of the call, late night on a weekday. 10/10 would recommend, thank you Jude!
