We have had Dale Coats come out and not only service our hvac system, but they also did our attic insulation as well. For a 70+ yr old house....it made a big difference in heating and cooling the house. Fast and professional service.

Called their office to make an appointment to install heating to a house. The first time they called to reschedule the appointment for the next day due to the weather being so cold that they closed their office early. The next day there was a no show no call and no phone being answered when I called them to make sure they were still coming after waiting in the cold house for over an hour and a half for the technician to show. I still called to make another appointment and got a hold of the lady at the office whom I told what happened about the no call, no show. Got no apology but made another appointment with them. Same thing happened. This time I waited over 2 hours for the technician to show up but no call, no show and phone was not answered when I called the office. This company has been so incredibly inefficient, unreliable and so no responsible that I’m surprised that they’re still in business. The only reason I left them 1 ⭐️ Is because that’s the lowest option or I would leave them no star at all.
These guys are awesome! They showed up on time. Did a great job replacing and updating my central air system, and the price was great as well. Professional installers cleaned up after the job was done! I highly recommend this company.
