We are always looking to reach out to local businesses when we need any type of service done at the house and Dailey Heating & Air Conditioning did not disappoint! They were so wonderful to work with. They were able to come by our house and fix the issue with our A/C only hours after I initially called them. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone we know. Thanks again!
Dailey Heat & Air installed the system I have over 20 years ago. Saturday night we noticed we had an issue. The blower motor was not blowing. I called at 9p, got their service and was told someone would call. Chris called me at 9:18p and offered me Sunday morning at 9a timeframe. Chris called Sunday at 9:14a to let me know he was headed our way. He diagnosed the problem and then showed me the problem. Unfortunately it was a motor he didn't have on his truck and the supply stores were closed. True to his word and Dailey's commitment to service they were able to get the variable speed motor on Monday. Keith called me Monday morning at 10:18a to let me know they'd be able to get the motor that day, I believe from north Dallas. They worked us into their schedule Monday afternoon. The job is done. Everything is back in place. This company has installed two systems in my parents' house (they've lived there since 1981). The second one was moving the A/C to the attic. They did a great job, so professional. They've installed one system for me. It has performed fantastically. I never feel I'm being upsold or getting anything unnecessary. To address something I saw in another comment. Dailey has never treated my wife differently than they treat me. I do not believe they have a problem with women. In fact, I was at work and she was home for the repair. She thinks they're great. I hope I don't have to see them again for a while. But when I do, I'll know I'm dealing with a great local company.
We contacted them based on a recommendation from a friend. It's so important with the Oklahoma heat to find a good, reliable heat and air company. We depend on it for our family. They came out on time- We're very thorough - Answered all of our many questions - very happy we found them - A+++ on our service call.

AC having issues keeping up on 90 degree days. Never stopped running. Scheduled a service. Chris called before arriving, explained what the issue was(low refrigerant and a capacitor issue), went over the cost, and was finished in very little time. Now I'm freezing my butt off woooo! Had to call last year for the blower not working. Keith came out in record time. Another capacitor issue in the furnace. Went over my options and replaced the capacitor. I'll never call another HVAC company.
What a professional and pleasant company to do business with! I liked being able to speak with a real live human being when I called. Friendly, helpful and courteous office personnel. The technicians were courteous, thorough and informative. We also found the charges to reasonable and well within our budget. When we need to purchase a new system, this is the company that will get the job. Haven't had this kind of positive business dealing in a long time. Dailey Heat & Air Conditioning has our business from now on!

99° weather and the air conditioning quit cooling!! Terri got me scheduled for the next day. Chris arrived at the scheduled time and was very respectful of me and my dogs, being careful they didn't get loose. He explained what he was doing, what the options were, and what the cost would be. Terri was very friendly and helpful. Thank Dailey. You are wonderful.
Of course the AC went out on the hottest day so far this summer, and they got me scheduled for a service call within 24 hours. Chris was very courteous, communicated well, double-checked for approval on every procedure he was going to do and was clear about price. Even more impressive: he stayed until 7:00 PM on a Friday to get the job done!

These guys are the real deal , down to earth & super family oriented! I didn't hear a single cuss word from the crew and they wiped their feet before entering our house! I've got a VERY talkative 7 year old and they never got annoyed or upset with him. GODBLESS this company , they did amazing work at such a great price!!!!

Long story short, this company uses the minimum to get by and does not make sure or care that its work is sub-par. Keith, the owner, is very rude-especially to women. He was nice as could be to my husband, but as soon as he left his demeanor towards me changed. We had a new package unit put in that was $5000. Naturally I assumed it came with a new thermostat, as units i have purchase in the past did. When I asked him about it his response was, "well, you didn't ask for a new one. I could charge you for one if you'd like, but it's not included in the price." This was unprofessional and very rude. Then,about two months later I was in the attic doing some stuff when I noticed that the junction box to the unit they left uncovered- which is an extreme fire hazard. When I called the office to make them aware of the situation gentleman listened to my story and told me that if Keith feels the need to he he'll call me back. This should have been my first clue, because I told him it would be in his best interest to call me back. About 20 minutes later I get a phone call from Keith. I explain situation and his exact words were "well we were never in your attic so...". This infuriated me not only because of the way he spoke to me, but the fact that it was an A/C junction box (I know this because it had conduit running to it from the outside) and he wasn't concerned that his people didn't even check their work. I don't care if you were never in my attic! The fact of the matter is that it's part of what I paid him to do- make my home heated, cooled, and most importantly safe. His response was that since it wasn't his guys that did it he would have to charge me to come back. In case you don't know it's a matter of putting on a cover and tightening screws. If he's not going to do that for free when I just spent over $5000 on him then he didn't care about his customers or the sub-par work he does. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
