For almost a year they diagnose my system problems and until the present time they fail to take care of the problem, and the last six weeks they wouldn't answer my calls, all I have promises that was not fulfilled, I am their customer for years, I don't think I should be treated like this

Dagar is awesome and I recommend them 100%!!! After having other companies go out and check my AC and only working a couple days after each time, Will from Dagar went out checked the AC out. He explained with detail and actually got my AC to work!!! They are all very friendly and honest!! Thank you Will!!

I have used them for both commercial and residential, but have since moved on because: 1) One of my home units went out. Dagar said it was because flu was blocked. After a week of freezing cold, getting someone to clean the flu, he said it was fine. Finally, someone came out and fixed the unit, not the flu. 2) Commercial location went out, one of their inept crew said it was the breaker. I replaced the breaker, but it wasn't the breaker. I have a nice breaker paperweight. 3) Just had the REME air filter serviced that they installed. Dagar installed it backwards. Had to pay an extra $300 to get it done right by someone else. Strictly a crew of idiots.

This company is full of illegitimate and dishonest people. I bought a BRAND NEW unit from them under the brand Daikin in 2014. in 2017, the unit ceased to work completely. Early 2018, my business calls them and lets them know the problem. They come out and charge a normal service fee. They let me know the system is low on freon and that it is too cold to start looking for the leak. They return on a warmer day later that week and proceed to charge a completely empty system to full capacity, all in the name of looking for the leak (more like running up the bill). Then they proceed to conveniently blame the leak on the line set for the unit. I knew that sounded odd so I had two (2) different HVAC companies come out to diagnose. Both said the leak was not from the line set at all, but the Daikin evaporator coil in the attic. One even showed me with his nitrogen leak test. I then called Dagar back and they are telling me they are right still. No, they just do not want to warranty this system that I bought for $6k just 4 years ago. Then the office lady on the phone has the nerve to tell me that she will take off the bill for misdiagnosing the unit and where the leak is coming from, provided I pay $89 for them to return at the same time as another HVAC company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS! I paid them $6k for a new R-410 unit just 4 years ago and this is the customer service I receive. Imagine what you will get! I have already contacted my lawyer to handle this. Next up is contacting Daikin North America.

Absolutely disappointing! I am not one to write reviews but feel the need to warn other consumers. Approximately a year ago we began to notice problems with one of our AC units. A tech came to our home and performed a test to detect gas leaks (didn't state if this was a charge) and found a small leak coming from a cap. He filled the unit with freon gas because he said the cap wasn't tight and was 99 percent certain this was the issue. We were charged approx $450 for the gas and service call (no leak test charge). Also, he said if he was wrong and needed to replace the coil that he would credit me the gas charge. Less than a year later, we started having issues with the same unit. A tech came out and told us our problem was the air filters were dirty (which they were) and needed to be changed. I don't believe he performed a gas leak test as he didn't ask for our permission. We were charged approx $230. Approx 6 weeks go by and the same issue appears again. We call Dagar again for a tech to come out. The tech was running late (no problem, it happens) but didn't give me a phone call to let me know he was running late. I had to reach out to him. The tech asks permission to do a leak test that costs $375. I accepted. He was in the attic for less than 10 minutes before coming down to let me know the coil had a leak and needed to be replaced. He quoted me $2800 to have it replaced and would credit $375 back if we decided to have Dagar do the repairs (funny how this works). Also, he said he couldn't get some type of caps off located near the condenser, but assured me the next guy could. I was charged a total of $481 for them to tell me my coil had a leak. The tech was here for about 1.5 hrs. Not once did Dagar offer any leniency toward the repair after several techs were not able to diagnose the same issue all along. I called a more reputable company the next day. They were shocked to hear the laundry lists of issues I had with Dagar. The same leak test costs $187 and ne

What an amazing job! Randy was incredible. He found our problem, talked about options, and informed us about the platinum support. Randy worked really hard in such crazy hot temperatures and not once complained. I will be defiantly be calling this company back and hopefully Randy will be our man again. Great Work! The diagnostician arrived on time. He admitted that he wasn't sure what he was looking at in my system, because it had apparently been jerry-rigged quite bit over the years. He was overall helpful, but provided different diagnoses of my HVAC problem than a couple other companies I spoke to. I was left with less-than-full confidence. I scheduled a 2nd person from Dagar to come and do a full system review and provide quotes for replacing parts or all of the system. This employee did not review things as thoroughly as any other company I called. After he left, I never heard from him or the company again with quotes for repair/replacement.

Wow! Please read the following experience! I am not the type of person to write reviews but felt this experience more than warranted one. After realizing I had a serious AC repair problem on my hands, at least so I thought, I took the wise decision to get several opionions, 4 to be exact. All three were convinced I needed a major overhaul to the AC Unit including one company telling me I needed a whole new unit, coil, and furnace. These quotes ranged from 4k-8k. Keep in mind my unit was replaced in 2014. Now for the climax of the story. I called Dagar Heating and Air being that I was referred by a friend for their previous work to his home. The director of Operations, Derek, arrived promptly according to our schedule. He did his thing checking the coil in the attic and condenser and assurred me the problem wasn't coming from the coil or condenser. He did this by using a certain tool that none of the other companies utilized to detect freon gas. The end result was he found a valve going from the condenser to the lines to the house to be leaking. He told me this probably resulted when the condenser was replaced the manufactures didn't do a great job of tightening the two bolts and the company who installed it easily overlooked this. So tightening two bolts saved me thousands. All 4 companies preached business ethics but only Dagar do I truly believe practices such a thing. Thanks Dagar, and I won't use anybody else from this day forward. They have my complete trust and that's priceless!

Just watched a Dagar truck (with the company name all over it) exit 35 in Carrollton and get so close to a car on the service road then stay on the cars bumper a good distance. The big bearded driver of the Dagar truck then proceeded to hang his arm out and flip the guy (who had clearly not done anything wrong besides drive the speed limit) off. Full middle finger and shouting. I have zero use for a company that does this sort of thing. Classless and tasteless.

Dagar Heating and Air is awesome! They came out on a Thursday evening and got my 12+ year old A/C running on life support. It wasn't going to last very long as the compressor sounded like it was full of rocks. Then, they had the new unit installed before noon on Friday. All of the employees were punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. They email/text you when they're on the way and even send a picture of the technician so you know who to expect. They didn't try to up-sell me anything I didn't need. Thank you Dagar Heating and Air.
