Never again
I engaged Steve to review the plumbing work on 2 new vanities installed by a different contractor and pull a permit with the county and quoted $300+permit. The total cost came to $700 for 1/2 hour worth of work for minor drain adjustments. Which did seem high but would have been fine if the plumbing was 100% ready for inspection upon departure. I ran the both faucets and realized both vanity drains were leaking. I further noticed the connecting drain joints were loose which I was able to tighten better by hand but leaks persisted. It seemed like a rush job. Steve had his son come back out that day and put teflon tape on one of the joints. I asked him to double check everything before he left. He said everything was good. I reviewed the drain lines again and leaks continued. Steve offered to come back a 3rd time but I just had my contractor inspect the drain and joints. It became apparent that some connections weren’t even connected properly to the wall and p-trap. The drain could be pulled by hand right off wall. The drains wouldn’t have held up with daily use. I was disappointed with the experience. And though the permit was pulled fairly quick, there was a hold on his county account (cleared admin fee next day) which could have been cleared beforehand to save a day on having inspector come out. Moral of the story is “don’t assume because someone is a Master Plumber that the work is going to be 💯 and leakproof. Test it and test it again”.

My main water valve was broken and I had no water. I called right at 7am, Steve was at my house 40min later with the part and had it fixed within 20min. Fast, experienced, friendly service. Very pleased!
Came out and looked said he could do in a week.. that time has come and gone. Does not return texts or calls. Very bad customer service.
I submitted a request on their website and left them a voicemail. It's been a week and no response back. Business may be closed for good... Response to owner reply: See photos attached. As mentioned I called and left a voicemail on 9/30/21. I appreciate the reply here, but it's now been almost 50 days and no call back. Also, there is a website listed on Google Maps and specifically states online estimates (see photo attached).

Just had these guys come to fix a clog issue in the vent on our roof. They were wonderful to deal with, very respectful & considerate. They were very knowledgeable & didn't try to push unnecessary things at us. Even helped with another small issue we had in the basement. Their pricing is terrific & they didn't make me wait, I called them yesterday morning and this morning they were here. I will definitely use them again if I ever need a plumber & highly recommend this company.

Ever since my wife and I moved into our house about 6 years ago, we’ve been extremely frustrated by the lack of water pressure we had, especially from our shower heads. We’ve had several people look at our plumbing over the years, but no one could come close to solving our issue until Dad’s plumbing (Steve and son Stevie) visited last week. Within about an hour, they fixed our water pressure issues throughout the house, especially the shower heads. Their price for an hour and a half was very reasonable and their knowledge and service was exceptional!
These guys are awesome. Made time for us on the day after I called. Fixed and replaced a corroded and leaking drain pipe and replaced the old tub faucet. We would highly recommend them.
After spending most of their day at my house Steve and Terry got my problem resolved. This team is very professional and considerate of the homeowner. I highly recommend Dad’s plumbing and in the future I will not hesitate to call on them. Thanks again. 👍

We have been so happy with Steve and Dad’s Plumbing. Our first experience a year ago was great and Steve kept working — on a Saturday, no less! — until he was able to work out the problem for us. Most recently he came out immediately when I called with a backed-up basement emergency. He got the problem taken care of for such a reasonable price!
I came home to a basement drain backup. I was up all night shop-vac'ing the carpet and exhausted. I called Dad's the next morning solely based on the "Royal Flush" meme on Google. Steve and son came out and got it cleared up fast the next morning. The best part was that they had a great attitude. Will call again.
Called Dave/Dad's plumbing on Sun after my leaky faucet got out of hand and there was a puddle under my sink. I was hoping to get an appt for Mon-Tue but he came by that afternoon. Replaced the faucet/lines and while checking said there might be an issue with the dishwasher line but ran the dw and couldn't get it to repeat. VERY reasonably priced. Of course, 2 days later a diff puddle appeared. He came by the same day after hours and replaced pipe, new shut-off and lines...and I don't think the cost even covered parts! Found out Dave is a master plumber with 30+ years exp. spent working with 'big' names. We are very lucky to have found him.
