Brad came out for maintenance. He was great. On time and very knowledgeable. He described the process and best practices to follow in extreme hot weather. Feel in good hands with them. Great work !
Our AC broke down at 3am a few days ago. We called Brad who we know to be a trusted technician by friends, at 8:30am. He came out within the hour and replaced our capacitor with a temporary one he had in his vehicle while ours came in, in a couple days, just to keep us cool. My wife is 32 weeks pregnant and he understood we couldn’t afford to not have AC. He came back two days later with our ordered part and installed it within a few minutes without interruption in temperature in our home. Excellent service and such a reasonable price. Thank you Brad, you’re awesome!
For 2 years, I've had condensation leaking from a ceiling AC unit. Got so bad, had to have the walls and ceiling redone. I used buckets in order to operate the AC. I had 2 'experts' in to fix it. Neither one was successful but, charged me anyway. I was already in for over $1000! Dennis from D's Enterprise figured it out through knowledge and perseverance and and surprised me with his very reasonable fee. As it turned out, it was something minor but important to the draining process. I wholeheartedly recommend D's Enterprise. They are knowledgeable, reasonable and, above all, honest. Hire them.
Requested a "checkup" and was quickly scheduled with efficiency. The employee arrived as planned, very nice man, Dylan. He told me what he was going to do before doing it so I could gain an understanding. He performed the actions on both units and highlighted to me the results. Very professional, excellent communication skills. I highly recommend D's Enterprise Air Condition & Heating. I signed up for the yearly plan due to this pleasant appointment!
I appreciate that Dennis made an effort to come right away when I said I had AC issues. He was professional and early. I plan to use the business once the issue is figured out.
Dillon was thorough with his checks of my two A/C units, and he was patient as he explained what he was doing, what tolerances he was looking for on the equipment (like the amount of charge capacity on the compressor capacitor), and what options I had for freon. Brad came over to check on my ac unit which was not heating. He arrived promptly and was very courteous and respectful. It took a little while to identify the root cause of the issue, but once he identified it he repaired it quickly. He didn't try to sell me on any repairs or parts I didn't need, and the price for the repair was very reasonable. If you are looking for an honest, professional, and knowledgeable repair person look no further. I will definitely be calling Ds AC and Heating again the next time my ac breaks. You should too.
We were referred by a neighbor app and got good referenced after our home was hit by lightning. Our old system was to be repaired per Nationwide. We opted to upgrade and choose D's to install a complete unit. Unfortunately we have had to call them back out 5 times. They cannot or will not go the xtra mile to make it work. They were out in September of 2020 they were out twice now in 2021 and today my unit freezes up because obviously it has a Freon leak. They added Freon 2 weeks ago and replaced a valve. Billed us 400 more dollars. It has been a nightmare. I called them today without a answer. It is time for legal action. So disappointed. Update 05-17-22 again this year we turn on the air conditioner and surprise it blows medium cool air. I'm fed up begging this company to fix the system they installed. 4 years now they have been to our home at least twice EVERY SUMMER. So I call a new a/c company. Ten minutes after they are here it is diagnosed as a bad coil. Trane was happy to replace the evaporator coil because it was still under warranty and I was happy to pay 1400laborto another company to have it installed and refilled with Freon. I think the problem is solved. It's just too bad that D's Enterprise put my family through this for 4 years when all they had to do was test for a Freon leak. it sound like a geiger counter going off at the nuclear power plant. The workmanship was good the part was bad. how hard was that? obviously very hard for them to diagnose. They let me and my family down after giving them thousands of dollars I had to spend $1,400 moreto another company just to get it right. On to the next phase of this bad contractor getting paid for not doing his job. D's I will be in touch by way of civil suit.
Brad was so helpful and knowledgeable! He responded quickly and was able to service our units promptly. Brad is honest and trustworthy - I would definitely call on him again if/when needed.
We had an excellent experience with Brad. He arrived at our house within 1 hour of us making contact, diagnosed the issue as a worn out capacitor, replaced it, and had our ac working perfectly again within another hour. He was very professional and thorough in his inspection and explanation of the process which I very much appreciate. Additionally, the cost was very reasonable, so I will definitely be calling D’s with any future HVAC issues.
A/C broke down here at my parents house, called and asked them to come fix because it’s dangerously hot, the lady on the phone told us she can’t send her men because it’s too hot out side and can’t risk them for a heat stroke but let my elderly parents took that same risk. This lady had the audacity to laugh at me while I was asking her if she would tell the same excuse for another household with people in respiratory conditions, has infants etc. unprofessional!!!
Brad arrived within two hours of calling D's Air Conditioning and Heating and identified and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. We're in the process of selling our home and had a showing scheduled for the afternoon. Brad diagnosed and explained the problem, made the repair, and continued to check the system to ensure proper cooling -- will definitely use Brad and D's again for our air conditioning needs!

I have been using D's for more than year now and they are highly professional, courteous and responsible for all my HVAC work. If they send your technician you can almost think of like that it is fixed. Even with the tight timelines they squeeze emergencies as much as possible.
