Good luck getting anyone to respond. Several years ago, he did a decent job fixing a wall heater (bad wire connector), but since then we have tried at least 3 different times to get him to come out to diagnose our minisplit system. Not a single response to many many messages. Very unprofessional!
Enrique is a quintessential tradesman. This is the type of person performing the quality of workmanship you want on any project that you actually care about. In my experience, you don't find similar TLC from large organizations. When you work for yourself, as Enrique does, you do it for the challenge and the satisfaction of completing something worthwhile. We went more than a week without a hot water heater. Not insignificant for a family with young children. We wrestled with tankless vs. a traditional tank. And, whether to go gas. The issues were many including the logistics of piping, electrical, and the relocation of other appliances. Enrique is knowledgeable and professional. Even artistic in his approach. He willingly, if not eagerly, went above and beyond even after the primary "job" was completed. I've seen that determined character in a prior generation. Be patient and let him do his thing.
This company is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. Enrique is polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC equipment. In addition to fixing our underperforming AC unit, he gave us some great general advice about our HVAC system as well as advice about how to keep things working in a cost-effective manner. Don't bother with anyone else.
Excellent customer service and work. Enrique from D Right came out on a Sat morning and immediately diagnosed the problem within the first 5 mins working on our furnace. He doubled checked everything carefully and made sure nothing else was contributing to the issue. He was able to fix this on the spot when the previous furnace company couldn't and recommended unnecessary repairs. I was so impressed with his attention to detail, his integrity, his knowledge of the inner workings and his pleasant and positive attitude. I highly recommend these guys and they will be my first and only call for heating and air needs in the future. Thank you D Right Temp!
I can't speak more highly of Enrique and D. Right Temp. As an architect, I have trusted him on several projects ~ but he really proved his worth to me when he worked on my home. 1) water heater ~ not his primary focus of his work, but when I needed a new one, Enrique was certainly the right person for the job. Competitive pricing, great service and a SUPER clean installation. 2) Enrique also serviced my 25 year old furnace. Still working and not ready for replacement, Enrique serviced the unit for me. It is amazing how well the unit operates now ~ very noticeable difference. And I know when the time comes to replace the furnace, I know who I will be calling. Pros: On time, good pricing, quality work, clean installation, highly knowledgeable, leaves the job site clean. Cons: Honestly can't think of any. No homeowner ever WANTS to have to call an HVAC contractor, but if it's for simple regular service/maintenance of for complete installation of a new system ~ don't hesitate in calling Enrique at D. Right Temp ~ you will be glad you did. ~ Greg
Enrique came right away and quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace. Since we discovered that the problem was simple - he did not charge us for more than the the service call. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend him.
Our A/C stopped working and we were stood up by another company who did not show up after we contacted then. We then got in touch with D Right Temp. Enrique came out to our home. He was very thorough and meticulous in his diagnosis. He also took the time to explain what the problem was, what we need to do on our part as regards maintenance . It turned out that the capacitor had blown. Enrique was not carrying that particular capacitor replacement and he very well could have decided to come in the next day as it was already late. However, Enrique went ahead and located a vendor where he could purchase a new capacitor and it required him to drive a considerable distance. We were very impressed with the service provided by Enrique and the manner in which he interacted with us. We are also very appreciative of the company D Right Temp for promptly attending to the issue in a peak summer period.
I would highly recommend D Right Temp. I had a time sensitive problem (possible carbon monoxide leak) and Enrique was very prompt to help. After an extensive examination he addressed the problem, a worn up battery. I was so impressed with his attention to detail that I asked him to give me quotes on installing a forced air system as well as converting my fireplace to gas. I look forward to working with Enrique in the future, and will recommend him to everyone I know.
Wouldn't you know it that our air conditioner stopped working right in the midst of a sweltering day. The property management company contacted Enrique at D Right Temp. He came with all the right parts and definitely the know how" to fix our air conditioner within an hour or so. We are very pleased with the service we received. The only comment is that they are high demand and it takes a time to get an appointment.
