I called D.R. Heating and Cooling and left a message and a few short minutes later I received a call back from Danny. He asked me what I had going on with my AC , and I explained. He said he was in the area and could stop by to assess the problem. He arrived promptly and started to assess, very courteous and polite as he answered all my questions. He checked the thermostat and outside unit and determined what part I needed for the repair. Danny was the only person that called me back after calling 8 places. I’m very pleased with the service and the reasonable rates. I highly recommend this company and Danny for your heating and cooling needs. Thank you !
This is going to be long, but worth the read. I used Danny of D.R.; when our home was struck by lightning. A portion of our house was no longer working, one of our AC units would not turn on. We contacted vendors and they all wanted to replace the entire AC Unit... thousands of dollars. They offered me monthly payment plans, etc. Then we found Danny. Danny came out, pulled out his thingmajig and went to work looking to see what the problem is. (Clearly, I know nothing of electricity.) a few minutes later, Danny says, "This control board is bad. I can order you a new one... total damage... $400" That is when I found my AC guy. Yesterday, my upstairs unit stopped blowing cold air. Ya, I called him. Danny shows up the next day, checks out the system and says the insulation that surrounds the coil has fell off the top and is covering your coil. It's also blocking the air flow. I can fix it. He did not try to sell me a new coil. He just fixed it. You will not find a more honest or better AC tech than Danny. If you use Danny, you will not use anyone else.

They showed up on time. Very dependable. Very polite. Fixed air conditioning in a timely manor. Fee was fair. Would definitely recommend him and use again!
