They are honest, fair, and professional.
My uncle was under hospice care at our home and our unit stopped working over the weekend. I called and informed them of the situation. Technician Eric came out fast and had it running in no time. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough.
Eric has exceeded our expectations in providing our family a truly exceptional experience with regards to the insight and maintenance of our home AC unit. Worth every penny and then some, would recommend to anyone and actually mention you guys anytime I hear someone in need of AC assistance. Appreciate everything, thanks again!
Have had Eric check our air conditioner for the past 2 years. He is great and I always look forward to seeing him. Our air conditioner went out last year after a big rain storm and Eric came and got it started. He is knowledgeable, friendly, honest and funny. I have always felt that he takes care of me like we are family to him. This year, we needed a new air conditioner. Everyone that was here were amazing. They got the job done and they were all professional and knowledgeable. On the other hand, this was a difficult time, financially, because we had a lot of unexpected car repairs, that costs over $2000. Eric put my anxiety to rest, after offering a few options to pay for this new system. We love our new air conditioner and Eric. Thank you Eric and D&C A/C Services. Maria Zeitz
D&C A/C service has installed two different units in two different homes for me. They are the best A/C company I’ve found! The first time I needed a new system I was on a tight budget and needing an emergency fix over a holiday weekend - David and his team made it happen. Fast forward to this week at our new house - we started experiencing issues with the system here and called our home warranty for a service check. The home warranty guys came out to check our system and left it worse than they found it. I immediately called D&C! David and Eric spent three hours tediously reviewing the system and showing me where things were going wrong and what looked great and came up with multiple ideas to fix the problem. Between major work the guys always text me when it’s time to service the units so I don’t have to keep track of anything and I know the systems I’ve purchased are being taken care of. They even deliver our air filters! We highly recommend D&C!!!
Had some central air cooling issues with my outside unit. Technician Eric was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough with his services, and knew his stuff. Would recommend if you were comfortable in your finances as they definitely know their trade and know how to go about solving things well and are friendly. That said looking at comparable pricing to other companies for the work which was performed, very overpriced service. The service charge was quoted at $98.00, but upon arrival Eric informed me his boss told him to assess a travel charge of an extra $20.00 which was not informed to me ahead of time until he got there. Definitely did not appreciate the boss mandating that travel charge without prior notice, $98.00 should have been the price point for my diagnosis. At no point during my inquiry about asking for services was I told there would be a travel charge until they were actually here at my house. Ended up paying nearly 450 for a capacitor replacement and diagnosis, house is cooling just fine after capacitor replaced but Eric did tell me it could be doing better if we replaced the coil or tried a stop leak (which would have ended up close to thousands of dollars) Also tried to push for a cleaning with foam for about 300+. He did at least take my hose and clean the unit well and that helped a lot without charging me extra. Glad I stopped there because my house is cooling fine just to reiterate. Feels like they try to milk you of your money and overcharge, but at least they get the job done, are friendly, and know their stuff I can say that much.
Good People, Great Service! Fair prices and extreamly detail oriented. Our 18 year old home AC went out in the middle of a Texas summer on a Thursday night. D&C went above and beyond, even working late into a friday night to ensure our family would have an air conditioned home over the weekend with a new unit. Considering our families medical needs having a busted AC over an extened period of time would have been a significant issue. Although all work could not be completed on friday D&C completed the remaing work the following week as parts and people were available all the while communicating every step of the way.
I have contracted Mr. Hiller and his staff on several residential and numerous commercial projects. Most recently I contracted them for a $98,000 instillation of a markedly complex HVAC system for an emergency department and inpatient emergency care facility located at the RIM. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results especially after several other failed attempts to design and install a proper HVAC system at the facility by other contractors. It's a pleasure dealing with any professional that values integrity above their profit margin. Mr. Hiller, without a doubt, falls into this category. I would recommend Mr. Hiller and his staff without reservation to anyone needing either residential or commercial HVAC system services.

These guys are reasonable priced, friendly, and very helpful. The technician, Eric, not only fixed the problem I had with my A/C and thermostat, he also explained to me what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it and what to do to avoid problems in the future.
