He has great customer service. He came quick and in hurry to help me out to get my gas on and light my pilot Light on my water heater. I have 10 kids I take care of and he helped me out with out any hesitation. I recommend his company any time for your services.
Jeff installed our new HVAC system in our home in the Avenues 12 years ago. The bid was good, and I have been pleased with the quality of heat and air-conditioning in the home. He and his son (Matt?) are partners. They do both commercial and residential jobs. Recently, our air conditioner unit stopped working and I called and texted him. He replied quickly and is son came over same day to check it out. It looked to him like it would be better to replace it, rather than invest in the costs of all the parts to repair it, only to be disappointed if the repair worked temporarily, but the age of the unit left no guarantees for how long it would run before it might give out again. I appreciated that, but explained that it was honestly a tough time to come up with money for a replacement right now (we've been financially hit by COVID). Jeff listened, and was willing to come down a little on his bid. I was going to do my due diligence and get a 2nd bid for the replacement. His son (AWESOME GUY) thought about it and wanted to help us out. He unexpectedly came over the next day, had part at home that he installed and MIRACLE!! IT WORKED! It may not work forever, and we realize the AC will need to be replaced in the future. They charged us for a basic repair, totally fair price, and we are SAVED for now! Like I said, Jeff answered quickly, they came out same day, his bid was fair, sometimes he's willing to negotiate, if you can't do the smarter expensive replacement they're going to do their best to get you back to up and running! I highly recommend staying AWAY from this company! Like always you need a company like this when your furnace breaks... well mine finally broke. Well I looked on YouTube and they said most common is the ignitor getting dirty will I decide to clean it and broke the sensor next to it. Then next I gave cyclone a call and he begin calling me an idiot and I said look my house is 40 dagrees please come fix it. Well he came out and it seemed like he didnt know what he was doing and then decided it was the fan inducer. He told me 350-400 new or I have a used one I said if the used one is fine let's do it so he went and grabbed it. He made it back to my house and gave me a multi speed inducer fan witch I did not have but said it would work and I dont know HVAC so I said ok but continued to tell me i didnt break the ignitor and it would work. So he got it back together and then lit it manually because the ignitor ended up bad but didnt notice it only lit the 2 center burners.... so then next he began to tell me i need a new ignitor so I said ok let do it come to find out they needed to head to elko NV for another job and that i needed to go get it and install it or he could do it but he will charge me double... So I said ok I will go pick it up and install it just see what I owe you. So he called the office on speaker phone and the owner said hurry up we have $hit to do and this customer doesn't mean anything to us. It was awkward I didnt know what to say. So we agreed on $150 and i paid $160 he than began saying how he was going to spend it on hookers as he walked out the door. So next I went to 7 different stores and my last store I found the ignitor then made it home and installed it to find out I have 4 tubes at the top and it was only burning out 2 centers so I called and texted the tech and the owner and they never got back to me...... so please dont get in the situation I did. I can't praise Cyclone and Jeff enough!! After being without a/c for 3 weeks, fighting with our home warranty company to send someone out, I had finally had it and decided to call someone on my own. Referred by my aunt, I called Jeff at Cyclone on Thursday, we made an appointment for him to come Friday morning to diagnose the problem. Then he came back Friday afternoon and did the repair!! We really appreciate him making time for us so we didn't have to go longer without air conditioning! The price was very reasonable and he didn't try to sell us parts we didn't need. We were very pleased and will use Cyclone again!
Unbelievable! Jeff helped me out today and was fantastic, even called to follow up to make sure things were good. I highly recommend Jeff, he will be my exclusive go-to for anything furnace/AC/Water heater/fireplace related!
I called out 3 companies when I had problems with my air conditioner. Each time, they gave me an exorbitant price and it would not be done when my company from out of town arrived. I decided to call other companies and was greatly blessed to have called Cyclone. They came out right away, made time for me, and were very frank, fair, and down to earth with troubleshooting the problems. They wanted to do all they could before my company came. They did an excellent job for a very fair and great price. I later had a problem with the heater and called them back. They came out and fixed the problem in a short time and everything is running great. I am so happy that I found the right company, affordable, good quality work, expert in repair and in installing new units. I do not like to pay for TV ads, or fanfare when it costs me, the consumer extra, unneeded costs. I like a company that will do a good, quality job for a fair price and take pride in helping others with their expert work.That is Cyclone
