I called them for a cleaning of fireplace and they did a great job!
We got a quick and easy quote on the work. The repairman arrived within the window we were given. He identified the issue quickly and did a thorough cleaning of our fireplace and chimney. We would use this company again.
So here is my saga. Our furnace stopped working during one of the coldest days in SF. HVAC places were swamped, so instead of our regular HVAC company, Apollo, we called Cyclone to come out. They came, said the motherboard was shot, and that our furnace was so old they probably wouldn't be able to find the replacement part. And even if they did, it would be $1K. They wanted to replace the entire furnace for $5K. Later, Apollo (they were very busy) came out, and the guy says "your control unit is bad." So I was like, darn it, so you have to replace the furnace? And he goes "no, I have the part in my truck, and it costs $200." So fifteen minutes later, the furnace is working, and it cost $380 after labor and taxes.
Flavio and his partner came out to our home on short notice after work and cleaned our dryer vent. They did a great job, there was enough lint to fill a pillow!
We used Cyclone and were very pleased! They used a camera to show us the status of our vents, which was great! Mario was very informative and very professional.
They were 1 h late The previous homeowners left the ducts in a filthy dog hair filled disgustification. The tech recommended the decontamination. It was well worth it. The ducts are now spotless and I can breathe.
