Wade and the team at CW Heating & Air Conditioning are a phenomenal group to work with. Wade came out last year when our AC was acting up, shared that we were lucky it was still working at all and did some work to help us extend the life a few more months before it ultimately failed. We stuck with CW for the replacement which was done very quickly despite Pandemic related supply chain delays. We had one minor issue pop up after the winter and Wade responded in under 24 hours to let me know he could come out the next day and within 3 days from first contact everything was fixed and back in good shape. Could not recommend this group more for their prompt response times and very high quality customer service throughout all our communication.

This is the best company! I have used CW for several years. My first experience was when my AC went out and of course it was Labor Day. I tried calling many companies with no response. Wade responded and came over that day. He worked with me on problem solving and giving me honest options. I later needed to replace the furnace. I took the time to have several bids. CW had the best experience, fair pricing. Wade has come over and fixed small problems. I appreciate the professionalism and flexibility of the CW team. I know there are many options out there, choose CW and give them a try.

This guy.... the owner has the utmost integrity. Husband texted him and within no time he was out diagnosing the problem. Next day calling all around tracking down the part (you know just like any industry during this covid time they are having a hard time getting parts and systems) Next day (so this would make day 3) he shows up with the part and gets us up and running! UNREAL FOLLOW THROUGH! His price was ridiculously fair and reasonable (in fact we were fully expecting it to be double what it was). This is the third time calling on this company to keep us comfortable and we have been 1000% happy and pleased each time. Please do yourself a favor and stop calling the other guys and just make one call to "CW Heating & Air Conditioning" I promise you that they will do you right. Thank you Wade for saving us! You are definitely our hero and we can sleep comfortably tonight because we have a cool house! WOOT WOOT! I pray for abundant blessings for you and your company! Fast response. Attempted to troubleshoot over the phone to save us money. Fit us in on a busy day. Knowledgeable. Educated us so we knew our options and had more options.
CW Heating & Air Conditioning has been our HVAC vendor for years. When it's an emergency they handle it quickly. When it is planned, they organize the service to reduce down-time for our tenants. WE LOVE THESE GUYS!!!
Wade and CW Heating & Air Conditioning are now officially "my guy". I asked my brothers if they had a guy they could recommend when I had a furnace stop working. Wade was recommended, and I'm glad he was. He was booked up for a few days, but still gave me a call and tried to help me diagnose the problem on my own. When I was able to figure it out, with some help from a neighbor, Wade was in my home two days later with the part to get it fixed. Luckily, it was something still covered under warranty from when I built my home a few years ago. Even though he wasn't the one to install the furnace, he handled the warranty claim for me. I can't say enough good about Wade and his willingness to help!
Can’t say enough about Wade and his team. Had a problem with a gas leak requiring the gas company to shut off the gas during freezing temperatures. No heat and no hot water!! Called CW and even though they were fully booked for 3+ days they found a way to get out the next morning and fix the problem. They were responsive, communicated extremely well, showed up within the time frame discussed and performed a great repair for a reasonable cost. CW understood the tough spot we were in and bent over backwards to help get us back on our feet quickly, all during the busy holiday season! Thanks CW team for going above and beyond!!
We've gone with other companies in the past and haven't been impressed - they constantly used scare tactics to try to sell us on new systems. We happened to call these guys up for an AC repair a couple years back and they were quick, honest and efficient. They repaired one part and told us other things we could do on our own. When we've had them do tune ups they have always been quick, efficient and honest as well. They show us everything they do, explain what they do and help us understand how things are working. If something is getting old, they let us know and tell us what to look for and what to do. They never use scare tactics or try to sell us on expensive things. These guys are excellent.
Wade was amazing. He does a quick and efficient job of diagnosing the issue and fixing what needs to be done. We have used CW for several years now and our children are now using them for their homes. Great value for excellent service, thank you Wade.
After being told that we needed a new furnace from a different HVAC company we decided that we needed a second opinion. CW fit us in during a very busy time and their tech diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed what was wrong. It is working great and we are ready for winter. I can't recommend them highly enough and won't be looking anywhere else for our HVAC needs. These guys are honest and fair.
Excellent service. They set a window of arrival before the day of service and kept me updated multiple times throughout the day as to when they would arrive. This was SO CONVENIENT as I didn't have to wait around all day long. They were very professional and friendly. The serviceman wore a mask into my home and was informative and polite throughout the entire process. Additionally, he helped me understand how to correctly use my hardware and answered all of my questions without being annoyed. I've had enough bad experiences with contractors to recognize a great one. Highly recommend. Thanks for the outstanding service.
Wade was excellent. He was responsive, quick to diagnose and repair, and made an extra effort to fit me into an already booked schedule. CW Heating is my new go-to HVAC company.
I can't say enough good things about this company. They have come and fixed our 16 year old system and it works great. When it is time for a new system I will be calling them.
