Always on time, thorough and reasonable.

Was 2 days before Christmas and the furnace went on strike. Thank goodness for the repairman who saved Christmas. He came at 11pm solved the problem and saved the day. That’s what customer service is all about.
These guys are awesome. I trust them to provide what I need nothing more, nothing less. I have been ripped off by other companies selling me repairs and parts I don't need. Get the maintenance agreement it will save you a ton in the long run. Call them
We had to replace our HVAC system. Air and furnace. Bob is great to work with. He was knowledgeable and guided us to the right replacement system for us. He also has a great maintenance program that we use. I would recommend him for any Hvac work you need done.
Awesome and timely service. Installed on a Sunday and made it so I could survive the heat wave. I highly recommend Custom Service. Bob and Tom are the tops.

Great service! Bob was on time, honest, fixed my furnace quickly and was well priced. I had a couple companies out to try and fix the problem and they couldn’t figure it out; one was almost an hour late and the other tried to charge me for services I did not want/need. Bob not only found the problem quickly but was able to fix it right then and there. So thankful. I’ll definitely call Custom Service Heating & Cooling in the summer for my AC too!!!
I can't say enough about the service we got from Bob and his crew. They were fast, explained everything they were doing and left the job site clean. Custom Services prices were very reasonable. We will use them from now on!

My furnace was not working properly so I called Custom Service to diagnose the problem. Bob was prompt and knowledgeable. He pinpointed the issue with my furnace, explained everything to me, including the cost to fix the unit and the warranty. He was able to get the part and fix my furnace the same day. Wonderful customer service!!

Outstanding service. Bob was timely, knowledgeable and respectful of our schedule. It's clear he loves what he does and puts his customers first, even offering to drive an hour away to pick up the necessary replacement part. Would recommend to anybody looking for a go-to person for all their heating and cooling needs. Stop scrolling and call, you won't be disappointed.
