I have used Custom for over 10 years and it has been a terrific experience. Aaron has performed my furnace service the last two years. He is a nice, polite, young man and I am very pleased with his punctuality, explanation of what he did, and overall attitude. I feel confident knowing that if I have a problem I can call and get service quickly and within my budget.
Fast, thorough and friendly. I had purchased a new heat pump from Custom Heating ad Air earlier this spring (2012) but now with cool weather (Oct), it was not heating, Aaron was able to determine that a port went bad and all the coolant had leaked out, He repaired it and recharged it then replaced the very dirty air filter. With outdoor temps higher during the day and low at night, the system is now both heating and cooling as it should.
