Since working with this company it’s been a pleasure he didn’t stop until he got my air conditioning working the property management contacted him and he came right out and got to the root of the problem it wasn’t an overnight job it was storming the power went out he still stayed and work it was extremely hot in my attic I greatly appreciate him and his company!!! He’s definitely the guy to get the job done !!

Sidney with Custom Comfort Pros was so amazing. He was polite, on time, and very helpful. He took the time to show us how dirty our unit was before doing a thorough cleaning. Everything has been working perfectly since our summer checkup! He’ll be our go to for now on.

Custom Comfort Pros is truly the BEST! I have tried several HVAC companies over the last ten years and each and every time something isn’t done correctly. It is a shame that so many get taken advantage, and it has happened to me more times than I can count. That was until I met Sidney with Custom Comfort Pros. Service was outstanding, was not able to make a house call but was willing to send time walking me through some steps. 30 minutes later my AC was running again. Awesome business and great customer service. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Very responsive during a busy time. Accurately diagnosed and promptly replaced outside system. Did not try to upsell or add unnecessary repairs. Work was done right. Sidney followed up next day to make sure everything checked out. Then followed up again by phone. Cost was very competitive. Sidney earned my trust and business for future maintenance of my system.

Sidney at Custom Comfort Pros is one of the best in the business. He treats everyone like family and I love seeing him around the neighborhood. Professional, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. We lost AC during the most recent record high temps (107!) in Houston area. Fit us in on short notice. Initially assessed our compressor needed replacing. Got it covered under manufacturer warranty next day. When beginning install, found our builder overcharged our unit with 3 lbs of excess refrigerant, which was overwhelming our compressor. Instead of proceeding with replacement compressor install, and charging us a pile of money, he pulled off the excess and got us back up and running great! It's refreshing to find an honest heating and AC company that prioritizes the customer's best interest first. They're our go-to from here on out.
