These guys are amazing. They have saved me twice now. Once before when I had to have a new system for the upstairs and this last time for the system on the main level. He showed up at 7 pm on a Saturday with the part in hand- he had an idea of what the problem was due to description of what happened. AC was back on by 7:45 and already cooling off. Same day service within hours of calling on a weekend! And they are so nice!! Great people and great service. I would definitely recommend this company.
I called Custom Cooling in dire need to have someone look at a puddle of water coming from my AC. They were the 3rd place I called, the only one who answered the phone, fit me in (in a day) and repair before I had to leave for a business trip. They walked through every detail of what was being done and what to watch for, should it happen again and the price was more than fair. I look forward to using them for regular maintenance and strongly encourage others to do the same!
Most trusting among other 3 companies we used in past. No gouging. They seem to know HVAC better than anybody we have used in past.Customer service is prompt, informative and friendly. Anyone in Woodstock and surrounding should give them a try especially if you didn’t get much out of your last service from others. Our new AC system has only been installed a couple of weeks and I trust it gives us comfort for years to come. I do plan to use semi-annual service to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Randy and his team have helped me multiple times with my HVAC system. They deal with the issue quickly, are honest about the needed repair and do not price gouge like the big HVAC contractors around town. I would recommend you call them for your next service.

Randy and his crew were awesome! They came in and helped clean up years of accumulated ductwork in our basement so that we can finish it in properly. Rerouted and installed a new trunk line and flex lines to both look better and improve efficiency of air flow for the rest of the house. Took what looked like an impossible task and executed smoothly!
Randy and his team have gone above and beyond to help us twice now. The first time the company that into allowed installed our HVAC system were going to charge us upwards of $2000 to fix some (according to them) installation problems. We decided to go with someone else to fix the problem and they gave us an extremely fair price and fixed our issue in a timely manner. With this most recent winter storm our heating system went on the fritz and they came out and got us back to warm cozy heat in no time, again at a very fair price. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Randy and team were able to diagnose a gas leak issue I was having that ATL Gaslight and others were not able to find. Had just bought the house and had about 3 gas leaks. Randy had them fixed immediately and noted that I had an issue with my furnace that was causing the problem. They recharged one of my A/C systems, unclogged the drip pain, which was a mess before they fixed it, and installed a new A/C system and furnace for me in less than a day of work. He provided multiple options and quotes to complete the work and ultimately guided me to one of the cheaper options, which was also the most efficient. Very pleased with their work, they are meticulous, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Despite a brutal summer and I imagine very busy schedules, the folks at Custom Comfort Cooling and Heating have truly been amazing! The first time I called for help, Randy was able to work me in to a very busy schedule when my AC was dead on the hottest week of the summer. He was empathetic, timely, and extremely fair in pricing, for fantastic work. Yesterday when my condensation pump died, they were the first call I made and Josh came out and took care of it, no problem. If you need HVAC service, these are the folks to call! Highly recommend! Randy (owner) is wonderful - friendly, professional, helpful. Went out of his way to help us during a heat wave when no one else would come out. Fixed problems with fair prices. Followed up to ensure everything was working.
The guys at CCC&H are honest, knowledgeable and dependable. I've run into numerous issues with my aging HVAC systems over the past year and they are always quick to solve the problem with a repair, rather than replace, mentality. I can't be grateful enough to know that I'm not going to have to shell out large sums of money unless I really need to. I absolutely can count on this company to value the long-term customer relationship and over anything else, and that is very rare these days. They have my business going forward for sure.
