I live in a house built in 1917, so when my trusty boiler service company told me it was time to replace our aging (not original) system - CCS was my first and only call. John, Adam and their team did an outstanding job, went above and beyond to get us up and operating quickly - but most importantly, they quote the job right and do all the small things like insulating the pipes in a neat and orderly fashion that make the job feel complete. With the job they did, it changed my thinking on the project from an unwanted cost to a super smart investment.
CCS was recommended to me by my HVAC maintenance technician, whom my family has used for over 20 years. I was in need of a replacement furnace and AC unit in less than 2 weeks, as I was hosting some out of town guests, and CCS said it would be no problem. They provided a quote with a few options to upgrade to a more efficient unit, have a larger air filter, etc. I ended up opting for most of the options they presented. After accepting the quote, their installation team (Adam and Anthony) came for the install and they were incredibly professional and considerate throughout the whole experience. They placed tarps in all areas they were working, cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, and even replaced a flex pipe gas line in an area they weren't exactly working, just as a courtesy. I have been very happy with the results, and would recommend them to anyone looking to support a local, family run HVAC business.
Custom climate system has worked on two houses we have renovated. They installed the radiant heat floors, and completely renovated an ancient HVAC system. They know what they’re doing, they’re good at it, and always leave the area clean. Absolutely recommend!

I had a great experience with the custom climate systems. I had an old boiler that was flooded twice and needed to be replaced. My system also had a holding tank with motor to return steam condensate back to the boiler. It was loud and not engineered the proper way. It needed to be run back with gravity. They removed the boiler, the heavy old tank, along with the pump motor and existing long run of black pipe! They replaced it with a beautiful copper line stretching the whole basement, anchored properly through multiple walls! It was a pretty intricate installation and they nailed it. The boiler and system is working the best it ever has since I have lived in the home 20 years. They came on time and always reached out when they were headed to the home. Very nice and Knowledgeable! When our trusted long time boiler repairman told us it was time to replace our boiler, I asked him who he would recommend as it was too big of a job for him. He unhesitatingly said Custom Climate Systems. I didn’t even get other estimates after speaking with the owner Mr. Taylor. His professional demeanor and prompt communication sealed the deal…and I am so glad it did. My crew, led by Mr. Taylor’s son, not only showed up on time but were also equally professional and courteous. The installation took all of the day and a half I was quoted and the installers actually stayed way beyond on day 2 to assure everything was just right. The excellent care and extremely clean and neat installation shows a pride in workmanship that is often hard to come by these days. Truly a textbook case for hiring a local family owned business. I can’t recommend Custom Climate Systems highly enough. All in all, a great and satisfying experience.
My basement flooded and john was out in no time to put a new water heater in. A few weeks later the electronic Thermoatat went out on a Saturday I contacted john and he was able to get the part and repair it so I had a hot shower Saturday night. Definitely recommend them for all your water heater and HVAC needs.
Excellent service, arrived exactly when they said they would, reasonable prices. Would definitely use this service again!
