Josh and team were great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with.
I had a heat pump installed in my ceiling. All of the guys were extremely hot working all day in the hot ceiling but stayed busy and productive. They were professional, courteous, and polite the whole time. Any question I had they answered promptly and with knowledge. Would highly recommend this team in the future. I have been renovating my house for five years. I have definitely had my share of bad contractors, it was really nice to have a company that I could finally trust and work with.

They were prompt, professional, & resolved the issue quickly. They explained exactly what the issue was & how they were going to fix it.
Technician Charlie McCombs showed up to repair my furnace at 3116 E Bijou St and told me that my thermostat needed to be replaced but his shift ended in 8 minutes, and he needs to submit report to home warranty company and he cannot help me at this time. I offered to pay for service and not use home warranty and he refused. Then he offered to leave furnace direct connected and running all the time requiring me to manually turn on and off with no temperature regulation. When I asked what happens if my house catches on fire he freaked out and disconnected everything plus a wire under the furnace just to make sure that the furnace would not run since he said only thermostat needed replaced. He was rude and left my house with temperatures below zero for myself and 80-year-old mother. I had to call another company and pay after hours rates for repair. The other company was very professional and understanding. When they replaced the thermostat, the furnace would not run and that is when I mentioned he had opened the lower part of the furnace and found the disconnected wire.
They were so incredibly awesome. They made sure that I had heat before the freezing temperatures, even staying late to finish. Nick and Josh were so professional and wonderful at explaining things so i understood what is going on. Had to jump a few hurdles... Thank you, thank you ten times over. If I could have given yall 10☆'s, I definitely would have. Thank you to Charlie too! You have some totally awesome employees!!
The technicians Charlie & Matthew, receptionists and schedulers who work after hours answering calls from homeowners in distress like our family was when our furnace stopped working a week before Thanksgiving. They came out diagnosed our problem, kept us informed and got parts on order completed the job and made sure everything was in working order before they left.
Have used these guys on multiple occasions and have always been happy with the work and the prices! Will shoot it to you straight and aren’t trying to sell you anything.
UPDATE 10/13/21 Ryan came out and worked on my furnace (climate professionals have came out a few times but it’s because our furnace is garage-not company fault) and he was so friendly, professional and although he had an extremely busy schedule he answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed or not important. He’s a true professional. He knows what he’s doing and gets things done quickly and efficiently. Thank you Ryan for your amazing customer service! Brian came before his scheduled time (which I was very happy about) and got our furnace fixed quickly. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and provided amazing customer service! He also gave us some tips on maintaining our furnace. His service was top notch and I would highly recommend him and his company.

I spoke with the Manager, Charlie, to raise concerns about his front desk rep being rude and condescending to me while attempting to schedule an appointment through my home warranty company. The Manager interrupted me, raised his voice, told me to "do what I'm told" repeatedly, and cancelled my appointment. After speaking with my Home Warranty Company, they said the Contractor was wrong, assigned me to another Contractor using the same work order, and elevated everything to their Contractor Review Team for an evaluation of their business based on how poorly they treated me. I also read another review of this company being "hostile" to customers. That review also said there was a pattern of similar negative reviews on their Facebook page. It looks like their Facebook page has since been taken down. I'd think twice about working with this company. There's never any excuse for a company to treat their customers so poorly. It's unprofessional and the other customer's assessment of "hostile" feels accurate. UPDATE: The Owner's reply stating I had an incorrect work order is not true. As I stated in my review, my Home Warranty Company is assigning me to another Company using the same work order to help me. Their reply also doesn't acknowledge, address, or apologize for their inappropriate or condescending behavior.
