We hired him for two jobs within the past year. One he installed mini split units in every room of our 1920s home. He did an excellent job and is currently buttoning up the installation, but everything works and is great. We even needed him to move a unit a few inches to to center it, and it was no problem. We also had a large hot water tank installed to run off of our boiler. When he went to bring it into the basement he realized the steps from the cellar doors weren't adequate to hold the weight of the tank so he built us a set of stairs, no additional charge. He also installed a new kitchen radiator. Overall very pleased. Will update if the buttoning up is anything but great.
One of their vehicles tried to run my vehicle off the road and into a concrete barrier. I was merging on to I95 southbound (exit 1, PA) when this driver cut across traffic just to prevent me from merging. It was on Sat Feb 27 2021 around 10:30 AM. I fully expect this driver to be disciplined.
Rob was professional & friendly I called because during my regular maintenance on furnace was told not to even turn it on. The tech took pics “to send to his boss”. I asked him to send them to me. When Rob arrived he asked what was wrong & I said that’s what I want you to tell me. He took the front off the furnace & said don’t tell me you had someone here that said there’s a problem with heat exchanger. Yep. I showed him the pics & he pointed out that there was no reason that I couldn’t use the furnace. I was afraid that I was going to blow up the neighborhood. Oh & by the way the maintenance tech made arrangements for a sales person to come & give me a price. Needless to say thousands & right around the holidays. Rob was a lifesaver

Was told would be at my place by 4. No call/ no show. Next day no call/ no show. Hmmm doesn't sound reliable
I would reccomend Custom Air over and over again. Rob is an expert technician and actually can fix your furnace as opposed to telling you to buy another one or replace parts. I had no power at all getting to my furnance, i feared the worse. Rob inspected the wiring and quickly resolved it. He clearly has master level knowledge of how these things operate and enjoys fixing them as oppose to replacing. Hes also reasonably priced and i would definitely give him a call before i start buying expensive replacement parts or buying another furnance.
