I'm not sure how good of a plumber he is. He came to my mom's house where we asked him video inspect her sewer line. He charged her $350 to look at the sewer line. He didn't record the inspection so we didn't even get a chance to look at it ourselves. $350 would have been okay for the 20 minutes he spent at my mom's house that day if he had given us a recording of the video for us to look at. When he left my mom's house that day he was $350 richer along with the knowledge of what is actually wrong with her sewer. The only thing he offered us was a 2000 plus dollar estimate for repairs.....C'mon Curt. I feel like my mom got burned by Curt's Plumbing.........anyone else been burned by Curt?
Was the only heating specialist I called that could come out that same day. Not only same day, but was at my home within a couple of hours. Stellar service and had my furnace back up and running quickly. They'll be my first call from now on.
My husband and I had a plumbing nightmare recently, our sewer line broke leaving us without a bathroom over the weekend. Corey, from Curtis & Sons, showed up promptly and began working on a fix immediately. Ultimately he replaced 12ft of sewer line in the rain. He made himself available to us 24/7 to answer any questions and concerns. These guys are knowledgable and professional!
