Had the guys from Cupe Mechanical come replace my hot water heater. From day one the owner Dorcey answered all my questions and was on top of the job start to finish. Very respectful crew, quick, easy, and most of all neat and clean.
Firstly, Dorsey actually answered the phone when calling and I didn't need to leave a bunch of messages and keep following up. He was able to come out the next day, was very responsive to texts, and kept me up to date on his arrival time. He is super nice and professional and I will happily recommend him and his company to friends. He fixed the pump to my AC and when he realized I needed another part replaced, he promptly ordered it and was back the following week to install. His pricing is very reasonable too.
Mr. Cupe provided excellent service, he is professional, informative, honest and excels in providing friendly and honest service. I am very pleased with his company and service level. I would definitely recommend his company and service. And my family and i will definitely continue to use him in the future for any heating and cooling needs.

Whenever our furnace died, Cupe Mechanical made sure my tenants weren't left out in the cold! He worked hard to diagnose the problem, gave us the best and reasonable price, Dorsey is always easy to get in touch with and a pleasure to speak with on the phone. He is very informative and courteous He will never rip you off. No matter what, even if he is busy, he will make some time for you and will come and help you. He is very honest and would like to help everyone. I am scared if he will be too busy in the future because there are only few honest heating professionals in Connecticut. I have worked with several in the past. They don’t pick the phones after their service or wanted to rip you off. Everybody is working hard. Highly recommend this guy ! I am really thankful to find this guy, Great company, we will continue to use them in the future. He is the best!!!!
Dorsey and crew showed up on time with a new furnace and hot water heater. Everything installed in 1.5 days, including some extra work on a burst pipe. I thought the price was more than fair. I will definitely use him again, should the need arise.

I cannot say enough about how lucky I feel to have found Cupe Mechanical HVAC. In the past two years, we hit a rough spot with our heater and then our A/C. Cupe Mechanical not only responds quickly, they are able to quickly identify the root cause, present options for me to decide what to do, get our heat and A/C up and running fast, and teach me along the way what to do to prevent issues from occurring in the future. Since we have been using Cupe Mechanical, we have been extremely satisfied. I also feel more knowledgeable about our home’s HVAC system. The staff makes me feel respected and never talked down to or dismissed as I have found with some other places. I highly recommend Cupe Mechanical.

We had both an air conditioning unit and washer / dryer combination installed by Dorsey this past week. He completed the work in a timely fashion (two days). His price was the best of the quotes we received. He went above and beyond in several respects firstly he retuned our phone calls and text messages almost immediately and secondly he accommodate our schedule by finishing the job on a Saturday with no extra charges. Dorsey is thoroughly professional and a man of his word. We would hire him again and highly recommend his company. IK

We have been calling Dorsey for our AC unit for the past two summer's. In November our furnace kicked the bucket. We was told by CNG that we needed a new furnace. I called Dorsey and he came right away. He confirmed the problem and wrote us a contract on the cost for everything. Long story short, he put in our new furnace and AC unit. Due to it being winter and we were freezing. He quickly worked to get us heat ASAP. He was timely, knowledgeable and professional. He will explain everything to you. Any question you have he will gladly answer. He is friendly and dependable. He goes beyond and above for his customer. He made gave us temporary heat so that we were not in the cold any longer. Our new furnace works Wonderfully and I can't wait to use or AC unit this summer. I highly Recommend using CUPE MECHANICAL for al your HVAC needs. You won't be disappointed.
This winter I was shopping around for a hvac contractor to replace my 30 year old gas furnace and ac unit. I came across CUPE mechanical and gave them a call. I contacted Dorsey (the owner) to get a quote and was very happy with the reasonable price.
