We have relied on Roger and crew at CSR Air Conditioning and Heating a few times now. Roger is a professional and responsive, and he'll give a fair estimate, even for emergency repairs. Our AC went out on 4th of July, Roger came out and promptly replaced the blower motor on our aged HVAC unit. 5 stars and will continue to call on CSR for future needs and maintenance. I also appreciate that CSR utilizes modern payment methods (tap to pay, Apple Pay, etc) and simple invoicing. Highly recommended local business!
I had roger come out because AC wasn’t working about a week ago, we determined it would need to be replaced. In the night the compressor went out and we had a toasty house. This happened on a Friday night, I contacted Roger and he was going to install new one on Monday. I then got a text Sat that he was on the way to install new one. We had to only go one night without AC!! I highly recommend CSR air conditioning !!
I have had the worst luck with my 4 year old HVAC system, and even worse luck with the technicians I've hired to come and do the repairs. That is until I came across Roger at CSR. I could say "sure he was professional, sure he did a good job, " etc; but that doesn't begin to explain Roger. He is the most knowledgeable, thoughtful, precise and hard working professional I have ever seen or heard of. The way he mind maps his trouble shooting, then determines the best path to follow for the repair is exactly the way all professionals in any industry should perform. This way there is no chance for mistakes and no chance for more and more costly repairs, which is exactly what I dealt with repeatedly until I found Roger. Ac went out, called and received a timely response as to when they could come out. Also received a call as to when they were on their way. Roger was awesome, got our ac fixed and explained everything. He was professional and price was reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

(and I am a real person, don't let my desire to stay anonymous mislead you) honesty in service is a virtue, support the honest ones!
Roger is amazing!!! After waiting 3 weeks with no ac on a company that couldn't find part which was actually the wrong part, Roger had it fixed in 1 day!!! Efficient, courteous and a great guy. I highly recommend him!
I have been using CSR for 7 years now. I bought a house that had three early 1990's AC units installed. Roger and CSR have done a great job on helping me maintain these older systems, one of them eventually got to the point that it couldn't keep going and CSR did a great job at a very reasonable price installing a new Trane system. CSR is a smaller company. I personally see this as an advantage, because when they come out they remember your service history and are quickly able to diagnose and fix issues. Since they mostly do word of mouth advertising, they offer prices that can be quite a big better than the companies you might hear on the radio regularly. I've recommend CSR to several friends who have also had good experiences with them. I know who I will be calling when my remaining old AC's need replacing!
Ok, Roger is my hero! He’s fixed my emergency HVAC issues in practically no time and always with the BEST customer service! I am a customer for life! I’ve had CSR out to make repairs on my HVAC system multiple times over the past 10+ years and every single time they have been prompt, efficient and affordable! I would never use anyone else!

I cannot speak well enough about the integrity, diligence and professionalism I received from CSR. I worked with two other business to address a leaking Lennox evaporator coil, but neither addressed the issue. They failed to find the leak and assumed the tightening of the TXV bolt fixed the problem. Hundreds of dollars later on refrigerant, literally flying into thin air, and the AC again stopped cooling. CSR promptly found the leak in the evaporator coil and proactively checked for warranty on the unit. Throughout the process I was kept up to date on repair schedule and finally my unit was fixed at half the price versus the other two companies. The two technicians were very welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience.
I had done something stupid, and CSR was able to figure out the problem and get my AC working within a few minutes! Not everyone's case is this easy, but Robby went above and beyond, walked me through proper maintenance of the system as well. Very happy!!!
Not only was CSR extremely responsive (they were the only ones who could get to the house in under 24 hours), the technician quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired appropriately. Communication was clear and thorough. I am sufficiently impressed that CSR will be my "go to" company for HVAC maintenance and repair.

It's HOT in Texas--triple digit hot! I have depended on CSR for more than 18 years!! They are quick to respond, and they always provide excellent service. I have had AC out in mid summer and no heat during ice storms. No matter--they continue to take care of the problem promptly and cost effectively. I can't speak highly enough of the owner, Chris and his guys, Roger and Robbie.

I am really happy I found CSR Air Conditioning and Heating. Roger responded promptly and gave me the info I needed. After the diagnosis he was actually able to get the motor same day, he came back in the afternoon and got that knocked out. The rest of the unit had to be ordered and it arrived fairly quickly. After all said and done, the heater was working again. I would definitely recommend.
Robbie was very knowledgeable and identified an issue that was causing our A/C to not respond to our thermostat. He was also helpful in accessing a PEC rebate I want aware of. Very professional, responsive and helpful.
