Dale is an ac angel. 😇 He diagnosed our problem quickly and worked on the solutions immediately. Very easy to talk to, was not pushy and was very responsive when we were communicating. Prompt, helpful and accommodating. Would use again. 🙌🏻
Amazing service. We woke up to our A/C froze up on a holiday and Dale was very responsive, came out same day within a couple of hours and did a great job extensively cleaning out unit. He showed us everything that was wrong and was happy to answer any questions we had along the way. Very satisfied customer. Would recommend to friends and family.

How refreshing to find a contractor who shows up on time and does great work! When we bought our house it only had a small single unit from 1989. Crystal Air and Heat came out and installed an entire new two unit system and all new ducts. What really sets Crystal apart is the fact that even though he was paid in full he came out the following week to adjust the way the system was balanced. He made 100% sure we were ready for this summer heat wave and we greatly appreciate it.
Dale was the best! I called about my upstairs air conditioner not working on Friday late afternoon and he offered to come out that evening after his appointment even though he was over an hour away. He took the time to explain what was going on and he knew within 10 minutes what the issue likely was. I am a single mom trying to make ends meet and he truly took care of me with minimal cost. I was impressed by his honesty and integrity and would most certainly recommend him to anyone needing a repair or just a summer tune up!
It was 7 degrees outside and our heat stopped working at midnight. The temperature inside began to drop rapidly. We literally feared for our mom’s life. She is paralyzed from a stroke and we care for her in our home. We began calling ac/Heat companies that said “open 24 hours”. The first two companies went to v.m. & never called back. The third call was the charm. Dale at Crystal Air & Heat answered immediately and was at our home in 15 minutes. He didn’t have the part that was needed to fix our unit, so he worked for over an hour to temporarily get the heat back on. It stayed on until he returned, as promised, first thing in the morning with the part. He has proven to be honest and trustworthy. We are very grateful that Dale came to help in the middle of the night with brutal temperatures. We definitely recommend Crystal Air & Heat!

Dale Criswell of Crystal Air & Heat made a visit today. 30 years in the industry, very knowledgeable and on time with the appointment. Checked both indoor and outdoor units. Groupon coupon put the cost at only $60.00 for both. I highly recommend Dale for your summer tune up.
Dale and his team were exceptional! Dale first came out 6 days ago for a routine checkup to discover my 14-year old unit had leaked substantial Freon and recommended replacement. He provided me with options and context to help me make my decision. He and his team came out 6 days later to replace the unit and handler, and even took their shoes off in the house because they knew I preferred it. Dale also helped register my warranty to make sure I’m covered for the next 10 years with my new unit! No more searching on Groupon for a great A/C company with reasonable prices - Dale’s my guy!
Dale inspected two AC units for me today and I am so pleased with his work. He was punctual, professional and did not try to upsell me something I did not need. His prices are very good and his work is top notch. I have found him to be very trustworthy and will be happy to use him again and recommend him to friends and family (he has also just installed a new unit in my mom's house and did an incredible job on that, too). If you're on the fence, please do yourself a favor and just call him.

Dale with Crystal Air and Heat is AWESOME!!! He came right over on a Saturday and even waited on me to arrive home. He fixed a broken drain line to my AC unit in my attic that was damaged by AT&T technician during a fiber internet installation. Dale completed the repair in no time, and charged far less than he should have. Thanks for your HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM, PUNCTUALITY…I could go on and on. If you need any help with AC or Heating repairs, installation, etc. give Dale a call. You will NOT be disappointed. Thanks Dale and you have a customer for any future AC or Heating needs!!!

Dale is SERIOUSLY THE BEST!!! So professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He answered my call after hours, came to my house as promised, and patiently walked me through why I had lost heat and what he had to do to fix the problem. I had lost heat another time and the guy that came just fixed it but never tried to figure out why I had lost it in the first place. Dale went the extra mile to actually find out why this happened again when my unit is brand new. Being a single mother on my own, I also appreciate that he didn’t take advantage of me in regards to the price of the repair. He was honest and fair - and that’s hard to come across these days. Next time I have an issue or need a tune up, I will definitely call him!!
