Omar was amazing! He and his associate came out today to troubleshoot an issue with my Thermostat and HVAC system. He was upfront with pricing and explained all options throughly. He was extremely patient and remained courteous throughout his visit.
Omar and Alex were very friendly and extremely professional . They helped me problem solve my AC issues and repaired / did maintenance on the spot . I would highly recommend this company to anyone .
Not reliable
Cruz HVAC services is a great company. My husband and I are very satisfied with their services. They installed a new HVAC system including ductwork and vents. Omar Cruz and his staff were very respectful, responsible, honest and hardworking. We recommend Cruz HVAC services and his staff 100%.
Mr. Cruz installed a new HVAC system in Sept. 2021 it was running smoothly on the first 2 months after installation but after a while things were becoming faulty and it took them many months to come back for things needing to get monitored or fixed , I have to keep begging on my text messages for him to come and inspect what's going on, he relies on his workers to fix things up but their jobs were not excellent. He doesn't charge as much as the other HVAC companies but he'll make you wait for many months for simple issues.
Great quality work done quickly. Replaced my entire HVAC system at a fair price. Good honest company.

I was so happy to have found Cruz HVAC. Omar and Alex were very courteous, transparent, and quite knowledgeable. They kept their face masks on the entire time and used booties when going to other parts of the house. My boiler water pump was on the fritz, and it turned out to be more work than expected; all the water in the radiators had to be bled and things got a little messy through no fault of theirs. Without any complaint or show of frustration, they charged forward assuring me that everything was fine and that the job would be completed before they left; it was, and they did an excellent job. They even cleaned the work area before leaving. It felt good having the job in their hands, and can say it was one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. Thank you Omar and Alex!
Excellent service
Cruz was very slow in installing duct and AC machine. I had to call several times over months to get them out to the site. Cruz did not caulk around exhaust cover on outside and water leaked into kitchen exhaust fan. I have tried to get cruz to come back because he gave a 1 year warranty but he does not return my call. The install was poor quality and I will not use them again.
They returned my call same day and did repair that day. Alex and Omar were professional and answered all my questions and emailed the invoice right away. Very pleased with service.

Omar was very responsive and flexible. He came the day after I called him and was willing to do as much or as little as I needed him to. He was also knowledgeable and capable in a variety of systems. I had messed up trying to save time and money by purchasing and installing a diy mini split system. He rescued the installation and politely answered ALL my questions about AC systems in general and what to do in the future.
My AC went out during the night. I waited to call until after 9:00 AM on a Saturday morning, during the COVID-19 pandemic, in July. It's hot in DC in July. I left Mr. Cruz a message, and he called me within 5 minutes. I texted him with my address, and he let me know that he could be here within one-half hour. In fact, he got here sooner, and within the next 30 minutes, my AC was up and running again. By 10:45, my AC was back on line. And the bill was not bad for short notice. I will be calling Mr. Cruz again if I need more work done on my HVAC system.
Omar was able to schedule me the same day I called and was very timely. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my AC unit/Furnace, but he figured it out and had it corrected in under an hour. Great service, very professional, excellent rate. Recommended.

Mr. Cruz Was professional he informed what the problem was and gave me options what I should and shouldn't do,he replaced my AC unit and interior coil I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM.
