Chris really came through in a dire situation! We had a pipe burst (home owners worst nightmare) and Chris was ON IT in responding to us and giving us instructions on what to do while we waited for him to arrive. He was timely, professional, and most of all he was caring in a highly stressful situation. I will absolutely be using CRoy Plumbing and Heating again as well as recommending Chris to all my friends and family!
Chris took my call on a Sunday regarding my garbage disposal leaking. He was over the very next day, did a great job, and pricing was very fair. He is my new plumber.
Chris recently installed a kitchen faucet in my home. His response was timely, he workmanship was extremely solid, and his prices were fair. I got a quote from a larger company and they wanted to charge me 2X what Chris did. Would recommend to anyone in need of a RELIABLE plumber!
Requested a quote for a spigot replacement and small plumbing repair on the web site. Got no response. Texted a request for an estimate and got no response for 2 weeks. Asked again and was told he was not interested in doing the job. Never even looked at it and apparantly too busy to reply. Save time and try elswhere.

More importantly, Chris is very honest and reliable. I can 100% trust his pricing, work quality and on-schedule. We have worked with Chris in multiple projects from kitchen, bathroom remodeling, installing water heater and so on. Now, Chris is our go-to person for our plumbing work. Because, we can always be assured that he will take care of our plumbing work with high quality and timely.
Chis fixed a leak in my basement coming from a whole house filter. After consulting with Chris, I decided to remove the filter entirely and add a section of pipe where the filter was. Chris was very responsive, on time and very willing to discuss options.

Chris and Adam came on time and replaced the phlange and wax ring on a toilet that had leaked and unhooked our gas stove so we could move it in preparation for a new floor. Came back and hooked it back up after floor was finished. Thank you both! We would definitely recommend their work.
I have used Croy Plumbing a few times. They have always been very responsive and professional. Either small jobs or a larger project I fully recommend their services. I have a large renovation project planed for the fall and will definitely use Croy Plumbing. Pricing has always been competitive and the quality is top notch.

Called croy plumbing as they were referred to me through a friend . Chris the owner returned my call within the hour and we scheduled a time that day for him to stop by which was great as all other plumbing companies I called quoted me 2-3 days . He came on time as promised and he took the time to explain to me the issues in very latent terms so I completely understood the challenges and work . He came back when promised and finished the project quickly and kept all his promises . Hard to find a plumber like this in Danvers ! I highly recommend croy plumbing to anyone wanting a great plumber who is responsive and fair priced .
The response time was excellent. The service was professional. They installed a new kitchen faucet to replace a damaged older one. They were extremely neat and cleaned up the site 100%. I would highly recommend them without any doubts.
I asked Siri for the name of a good plumber in Danvers. CROY had a 5 Star rating. So, I called him for repairs to my Dad’s tub fixtures. Chris was very prompt calling me back and coming to review the site and give us an estimate. The estimate was fair and the final cost was equal to the estimate. My Dad felt the team was very professional and worked efficiently. Dad was very happy with the results! I will definitely recommend CROY Plumbing!
I was having a terrible time with downstairs basement toilet, a saniflo, to be exact, I called Chris and he was here in less than an hour. He and Joe, I believe, were very professional, courteous, and neat. They did a great job, I would highly recommend CRoy Plumbing. Thank you again Chris.
