Paul was great! He was able to expedite the part I needed for my frirdge in a couple of hours. No other company in the area stocked the part. I thank Paul for getting me up and running in a VERY timely manner. Will back for any other needs.
they do not warranty there parts or stand by them .. they will not exchange or return a part even if it was faulty out of the box

Paul came out to service our dryer. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to offer customer service. He came exactly when he said and was able to get the part we needed very quickly, in spite of a snow storm! And then he even offered to vacuum and clean out all of our dust build up! Honestly, this is the best service I’ve ever received from anywhere. I highly recommend this company.
Paul responded to our call very quickly and to my surprise he offered to come out the same afternoon to diagnose our refrigerator problem. He found the problem and temporarily got the refrigerator functioning but had to order parts to complete the repair. After he received the parts he came back and installed them. For two visits and the part he only charged us $150 which was extremely fair. I highly recommend Paul for your appliance repair needs. You won’t be disappointed.
Made a call to get our dryer looked at and Paul was able to squeeze us in the same afternoon. Turned out to be no big deal, but Paul took the time to explain what he was doing and checking and how we can help troubleshoot problems in the future. Very nice, easy to work with and will definitely reach out again when we need help with appliances!
Called a few other appliance supply stores in the area and no one had the Evaporator Fan/Motor that I needed for my fridge, even though it's not that rare of a part. Everyone wanted 2-3 days to ship and even Amazon was going to be 4 days soonest delivery. Found Crossroads Supply and someone picked up on the 2nd ring, took my part number, and within a few seconds told me he had a few in stock! Wow! Amazing! Then he told me he could have it ready for pickup within a couple hours. Even more amazing. Bout an hour later got a call from a lady telling me it was ready for pickup. Installed part later that day and it worked 100% perfect and my fridge no longer sounds like a squealing pig. lol.

Paul worked on a dishwasher and microwave which needed new parts so he was here more than the first time. I found him to be respectful by offering to use a mask, as well as fair with his prices and had both appliances in working order when he finished. He was friendly and I’d recommend his service.
This was the only place open past noon on a Saturday. They had the part I needed to fix my furnace and keep my family warm. They are very easy to do business with and respond very quickly. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.
I'm a new homeowner and my ac went out. Obviously I was stressed and still learning. Reached out to multiple places that were no help, until I stumbled across Crossroads Supply. Paul was beyond helpful. Not only found the part I needed quickly but provided advice when I ran into a hiccup. He's a great guy with a great personality and a willingness to heIp. Part was not in stock they directed me to another location for pick up and now I have my AC fixed before the weekend!
Paul really went above and beyond to help us order the correct part for our refrigerator. The part was small $ item but he wanted to double check and make sure he was ordering what we needed. He also found a way that we could get the part sooner by having it delivered to our home. Most businesses are in the "hurry mode" and don't take the extra time with their customers the way he did. We are so happy we called Crossroads Supply and will tell others that this is the best appliance parts supplier with great customer service. Thank you Paul for your help. I called about issues with my dryer, Paul was very helpful while I was troubleshooting the dryer and helped me all along the whole process, this saved me alot of time and effort and I was very happy with all the help and straight talk. I will definitely call Crossroads Supply for any appliance issues I have in the future.
Call Paul for all your parts. I needed a difficult to find part for my electric furnace. At first look, I was going to have to wait a week to order one but he was on the phone and within a few minutes found what I needed and had it on his desk the next afternoon. Customer service like this is very hard to find.
Paul took my phone call close to closing time when I was in a panic about our dryer going out. He told me he would wait until after closing time for me to drive 20 minutes from home to pick up parts. The part he didn't have, he ordered right then to be at the store next day. Fantastic! His customer service is beyond what I could have expected from a company. I will use Crossroads Supply over any store, online or otherwise.
