Crossfire heating and cooling was able to diagnose my air conditioning system with one visit. Then they worked with American home shield for our warranty so we could get our outdoor unit replaced. This all happened in less than a week and the install was very smooth and simple.
Gabe came out and serviced my HVAC. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Friendly staff, answered all my many questions, kept me updated on the status of the parts. Would recommend!

Another service company had tried multiple times and failed to diagnose heat pump malfunction. Lewis from Crossfire correctly diagnosed problem within 5 minutes, had system working properly in < an hour! Excellent!!
I have nothing but good things to say about this company! They were on time and even sent us a link to track our technician to know when he’d arrive. We were assigned this company through AHS and I’d 100% recommend asking for them for any a/c needs! Thank you guys so much for getting our motor replaced so quickly.

Lewis and another gentleman from Crossfire showed up on time. They were very friendly and courteous. They replaced my gas furnace and AC coil. Lewis explained every part of the job and why it was necessary and answered all questions to my satisfaction. The price was fair and the work was completed quickly. He found and corrected problems that were caused by work done incorrectly by previous companies that had done work on the system. I would recommend Crossfire Heating and AC without hesitation.
I did not use this business simply because I chose a local company and went cheap. Lewis is very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right equipment for the customer. Top notch company!

Lewis was first to contact me and set a quick appointment to investigate the problem. He came at the start of the appointment ent window but more importantly kept me informed!! He also kept me advised of possible issues and what would be required to correct them. I am very pleased with this company and owner.

Lewis and Richard did a great job for us - very professional, knowledgeable and timely. They even worked with us to get a warranty repair completed super quick on a Saturday, so that we could host our Granddaughter's birthday party the following day. Victoria was also very responsive and helpful on the office side of the equation. I would not hesitate to contact them again for any HVAC services. Overall, Crossfire easily earns a 5 star rating.
