We call Cristal air, they send someone right away there súper profesional and know what they do, Rodrigo install my ecobee smart thermostat and he explained everything so well, Iam in love with it. Highly recommend Cristal Air!
I got 5 quotes before I went with them. They were on time and compared to the other companies it was a great value. You do get what you pay for, but I couldn’t have asked for better service. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the company. Thank you!

I give Cristal Air 2 thumps up. They're very professional, friendly, and most of all their work is outstanding. Completed work on time and now my AC is blowing out Cristal Air. I highly recommend them.
I am not sure about their actual service but these guys drive unsafely. After being tailgated going the 50mph speed limit, two of their service vehicles passed me when the speed limit dropped to 35mph. They passed over double yellow lines and a crosswalk and proceeded to flip me off. I would NOT want these people coming though my neighborhood. What if there had been a kid in that cross walk? Have you no regard for the law and safety of others? One vehicle was a van with license plate starting with “FF” and the other a grey or blue truck. Do not recommend regardless of how great their service may be.
This is the best in Austin. Not being familiar with AC services, it was by luck that if found them. Rodrigro installed my ac unit and every seasson I call them for a preventative check up. So very professional and bursting with knowledge !! Rates are so reasonable. On top of it all , his team out serves everyone in customer service. He is so kind. There is no better A/C company in Austin
A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. Called multiple companies and could not get confirmed appointments and was sitting in queues with automated questions, only to not be called back later. I called Cristal Air Heating & Air Conditioning. Within hours, technicians were at my house to evaluate and resolve my A/C problems. Extremely professional, courteous, and descriptive about the repair that was required. I hope my A/C doesn’t fail again, but I will always be a customer due to the customer experience and commitment to scheduling and delivery provided by Cristal Air Heating & Air Conditioning.

Rodrigo and his team are so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They installed a new HVAC unit for us last week. Rodrigo was very responsive from the moment we reached out for a quote. His pricing is fair, and he doesn’t try to over sale. He scheduled us very quickly, which we appreciated since we were in the cold without a working heater. They arrived on time and finished the job within 5 hours. Quality work! We definitely recommend them and will use them again.
Very responsive, prompt and professional. Very good prices and value. Rod was referred to me by a friend who had hired him to do some HVAC work before. He took his time and thoroughly examined my system and showed me what he was looking at and explained to me what his findings were. It ended up that there was really nothing wrong with my system and it was functioning properly. He stayed and monitored the system for quite a while to be sure everything was working well. I had another company come out to look at it the day before. They looked at it for about 60 seconds and told me that only half of my heat strips were working and it was going to cost me a lot of money to fix it. Then they tried to scare me into buying a whole new HVAC system from them. And this was a company I’ve been doing business with for many years. Rod showed me that everything was working fine with the system and the heat strips. My thermostat is very old and *might* need to be replaced but for now everything is fine. The company that was going to charge me a lot of money for work that didn’t even need to be done is Strand Brothers Service Experts. Do not use them. They are dishonest and only try to sell you stuff. I’m glad I listened to my gut and got a 2nd opinion. This is not the first time something like this has happened with Strand Brothers so I will not be doing business with them anymore. Rod with Cristal Air Heating and Air Conditioning is great. Five stars.
Cristal Heating & Air is simply the best. Our heater system stopped working one day and they were able to come out same day and provided us with the best service. Rodrigo is very knowledgeable and honest. We are so happy with their services and will be contacting them for any future needs. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Cristal Air Heating & Air Conditioning LLP was very delightful. They really are a reliable and professional company. Not only do they provide great service they have great communication which is vital on Texas summer hot days. I’m very pleased with they service and cost effective prices that won’t break a budget. I highly recommend to give a call for any air conditioning/ heater needs.

Rodrigo and his team installed a mini-split system in or home professionally and without flaw in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend their services to anyone! This system is amazingly quiet and efficient.
Having your AC go out in Texas is a nightmare, not just because you get stuck in the terrible heat, but because (as I found out) there are lots of HVAC service companies that will come to your place and try to sell you things you don't need. I have used Cristal Air twice now. The first time, I had my AC go out, and the first 3 companies I called all came out and tried to upsell me a brand new HVAC system for thousands of dollars. It was only until I called these guys did my problem get solved -- and for like for a $30 part. The second time, my AC had a leak in the coil. Cristal air had my leak detected and fixed within a day, and for a terrific price. Not only that, but I had a empty old water heater laying on the floor of my attic, and after they completed the job, they asked me if it would be helpful for them to remove and discard it - as it had been laying on it side, rusting and just taking up space. WHAT?! What type of company goes that out of their way to help like this? Not only was I happy my HVAC was cooling my house, but also that my rusty old water heater from 2012 was gone from my attic! A headache that I procrastinating fixing for years was resolved by a visit from Cristal Air! I was expecting high quality service -- but not THAT high level! I don't write many reviews, but I wish I found these guys first, so I'm writing this in hopes I save you the hours I wasted with other (not 100% honest) companies. Amazing service, great prices and an honest approach. You can't go wrong calling Cristal Air
Rodrigo is a class act of professionalism. I was recommended his company by a friend and he didn’t disappoint. He was extremely communicative and went out of his way to service my unit same day. He was also very clear about how much all the parts cost which made me feel assured that I wasn’t being over charged. I would advise him to anyone needing HVAC help!
I was in need of an emergency HVAC repair and Cristal Air was highly recommended by a friend. I called in the morning and they promptly responded and was working on the issue within the hour. I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism, communication and loved how personable they were. Rodrigo went out of his way to service our busted unit last minute on his way home! I called a few bigger places first and they wouldn't work with me to get anyone out until days later. Very professional and competent. Will definitely be using them for all our HVAC needs.
