Brandon did a fantastic job!! I already knew he probably had a really long day but he was extremely pleasant and wanted to resolve the issue with the air conditioner. He knows his stuff and did an excellent job!!
AC was out and Crispy Air saved the day! Justin came in on time and saved us from heat death. The Crispy office was also very professional and made sure we were satisfied. If you need service call these people!
This is the second time I’ve had to use them and both times I received 5 star service. Today he was on time and resolved the issue very quickly.
Justin did a fantastic job for us this morning. He quickly determined the root cause for my AC blowing hot air and now my AC is operating correctly. I hope he is recognized by the company for his exemplary trouble shooting.
Crispy Air Technician, Jah arrived on time to perform a routine tune up and was very professional and thorough. He was very pleasant and informative. I was so pleased that I signed up for the Preventative Maintenance Program.

Called them out to fix my AC and it took 3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO GET THE JOB DONE! Workers were kind but if you can, find somewhere else to do your air & heating!
Do not depend on this company to keep scheduled appointments, especially in Phoenix where you have to wait a month for AC service appointments. They are not accountable/dependable for there appointments of which they set.
Yesterday I had Jah stop by the house to inspect my dying AC unit. He talked me through everything wrong with the unit and offered a variety of fixes, along with new units to chose from (very knowledgeable and professional). I opted for a new system to be installed. Today, Tim, Eddie, and Joey and their crew, installed the unit in minimal time. I'm not only impressed with their speed and quality of work, but this new system is soooooo quiet compared to my old one. Love it and I highly recommend Crispy Air and Heating 👍 👍
May 18, 2023, American Home Shield assigns Crispy Air to come out and start up my evaporative cooler for the summer season. The technician, Ricky showed up and climbed onto the roof to start repairs. First he attempts to install the water line. Then he asks me to turn on the water to fill the reservoir. The line immediately stats spraying water off the edge of the roof. He needed 2 more tries to get it fixed properly. He then takes on the float valve. He comes back down from the roof to ask for compression sleeve fittings. He wants me to supply him with parts. So, I go into my store room and find a couple of fittings (your welcome.) He goes back up on the roof only to come back down to say that the water pump is bad. So he says he "might have on in the van." He comes out of his van with the wrong capacity water pump (250, 000 CFM.) That's 52 times more water flow than is recommended. He goes back up for about 4 minutes and comes back down with a burnt fuse saying "the fuse blew when I wired the pump back up. At this point I just wanted to cut my loses with this guy. I told AHS that the contractor didn't complete the repairs. I then had a scheduled appointment to come back out to actually finish the work. It was getting late so I called Crispy Air only to be told "we don't go to Tucson anymore." Yeah right. It is very disheartening that a company that services the community can be so dishonest and then does not even have the decency to try and resolve the issue at hand. Please do yourself a huge favor and tell your friends and family the Crispy Air is incompetent. Come to find out, the "tech" Ricky installed the wrong fuse type which could've caused catastrophic failed of my cooler. Needless to say, Crispy Air is a giant RED FLAG of incompetence.
Assigned this company by my home warranty. Was contacted by a woman representing Crispy Air and was told they do not work on wall A/C units and as I was asking if they contact the the home warranty I was hung up on.
Very professional which seems difficult to find these days. They arrived on time and the technicians were extremely competent. I did not realize the extent of the job they had to do, and I must say, they did amazing work. We bought our home less than 4 years ago, and we have had a few problems and some really awful contractors. I can say this is not true of this company. I can and already have raved about this company and its employees. Thanks so much for the wonderful work and for putting my mind at ease when I was worried about the huge amount of working going on. I cannot thank you enough, or your employees, but truly thanks so much for doing such an amazing job!!
It is hard to find an ethical Aircon business in the valley but today I had one of the best experience with Crispy. Justin was incredible to deal with and I was very thankful to meet him.
I purchased a home warranty about 2 years ago and have had Crispy Air & Heating come out on 2 different occasions for HVAC repairs. Once for the heating mode and once for cooling. Both times they were very professional and courteous, as well as accurate on the diagnosis and repairs. Once the company was assigned to be my contractor, Crispy Air & Heating reached out to me to schedule the visit and kept me informed of their ETA timeline. When the repairs were completed, they even did a follow up call the next day to see how the unit was performing. I informed my warranty company that I will not accept any other HVAC repair company...just Crispy Air & heating. I now have them scheduled to perform a tune up on my unit in 3 weeks. Driver speeding to his or her next appointment, almost ran us off the road in the company van. Reckless driver passing people in no passing zones. Unprofessional. Would not recommend. Hope they don’t kill someone.
Crispy Air & Heating is the best company out there. I had my unit replaced by crispy air and heating and I’m extremely happy with the job they did. The technicians that came to service me were amazing and the customer service was above and beyond. I 100% recommend Crispy Air & Heating !!
I had to have a new ac/heat system put into my condo. This was as close to a perfect transaction as one could ask for. Tim from Crispy was the BEST! The price was right, Tim and his team worked all day until the install was done right, they cleaned up after themselves and were always there when they said they would be. I don't recommend often, but this was a great company that deserves one!
The technician showed up on time dismantled my old system Rebuilt the floor and my air conditioner closet Did a great job on installation came back a year later assess their work and their found that there was some inconsistency repair the problem and left As a customer I'm very pleased And be more than happy to give this company a 5 star rating for everybody in the office out in the field and the technicians thank you guys
PLEASE READ ALL: I know, very lengthy but necessary. On 01/29/23, Crispy Air came out for a service call on my HVAC unit. Unfortunately, I received the news that no one really wants to hear. My unit (17 years old) needed to be replaced. Garrett went over several options and helped us secure financing for our new unit. We scheduled a rather quick turn around for installation, just two days away. The very next day, they called to ask if I was interested in moving up the installation to that day, Monday. The very next day. Absolutely. Field supervisor Mike Weaver and his crew, Brennan, Dom, and Jay came out. The crew were trainees but don't let that fool you. All of them were Courteous, Professional, and Expedient. I won't try to fool you, there were a couple of hiccups BUT... Crispy Air, especially, Mike and his crew, rectified all issues and in a very timely manner. I never felt like they didn't care. They kept in full contact, great follow up, and great resolution. I certainly recommend them and will use them in the future as needed.
The installers Eddie and Don were amazing. Very professional, very friendly, kept making sure we had no questions about anything after the installation. I did feel bad for a minute because it started hailing while they were on the roof. However, they covered the unit made sure no rain/hail touched the opening before jumping down and getting inside to warm up. It was freaking cold outside but they kept going and made sure everything was good to go. Highly recommend this company and those two installers.
