I would highly recommend Creative Air. We had an emergency with our AC unit at our rental property that needed to be repaired quickly before quests arrived. Chris and his team were quick to respond, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the situation in way that we could understand it and were very professional. He was able to get our unit up and running the same day! You can tell that this is a business who focuses on serving others. I would highly recommend them.
The guys setup our HVAC and installed a water heater in a days work. The metal work was meticulous and everything was triple checked before leaving the site. Fair priced for honest work!

I had an emergency where my system motor stopped running, unit was an old unit so i opt into having it replaced over 20 years old. Chris was able to get me scheduled in the next day even with the freezing cold day, they were there first thing in the morning and had me taken care of. I definitely will use him again in the future.
Extremely professional and reasonably priced. $1300 better than the other guys. They came by exactly when they said and were cleaned up and done a little early. Extremely happy with this company.

On behalf of my Mother, thank you for coming out so quickly to help get her heat turned on. Delayed on time frame, only because they had a much larger problem to fix for another customer. Service was great and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend 👍🏼
Chris was very responsive and helpful making decisions on repair vs replace. Ashton in the office helped get ahold of Chris and called me back to let me know he would be calling back
Very professional, prompt, reasonable and all around good to work with! We have used them on a couple different projects around the home and they do wonderful work each time. They get here and get the job done! Highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs!
I would highly recommend creative air from initial quote to completion everything was as discussed. Creative air installed a whole new heating and cooling system for us including all new ductwork.. we couldn’t be more happy with the service we received
