Saved the day! Quick response. Went out on a holiday. Immediate repair. Reasonable rate. All this and I wasn’t an established client - definitely will use this company again!
*edit* first service was great. However, I paid for 2 maintenance calls but never heard from them again. Probably not a good choice for residential services.
Mr. Craddock and his team were quick efficient and honest at a time when the heat index was 110° I would recommend him to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, honest, and fair, heating and air technician. I will definitely call him for any and all future heating or air-conditioning needs.

My air conditioner stopped cooling Saturday evening....I called a company that said 24 hour emergency service. Got an answering service and was told a technician would call me....I endured the horrible heat all day Sunday waiting for a call...finally about 5:00, I called another company and still did not talk to a technician. I called yet another and Dennie answered and came out about 6:30 on Sunday pm....well, my 24 year old ac had died....Dennis was here bright and early on Monday and replaced the unit....felt he gave me a great price and did an outstanding job. He was so nice, professional and knowledgeable ....I would highly recommend Craddock Heat and Air to anyone.
Denny was the best! He responded to a call that he didn’t have to take. He communicated with me the whole time. He troubleshot a complicated problem and ultimately fixed the problem. Hot summer temps had our guests down with no AC and Denny came through like a champ for us. Very professional, courteous and dependable. Can’t say enough about how he treated us and his dedication to serving others in need. Thanks again Denny!
I'm in Indiana and I have renters in my condo...got a message last evening that the air was out...I started calling all the places Google was showing that were 24/7. All I got was "not until in the morning", until I got to Denny and by then it was around 11:00 pm. That sweet man did not hesitate. He went and got things cooling down. It's an old system that I will be replacing very soon and you can bet I'll be buying it from Denny. He's the only one that came to my rescue last night...not all heros wear capes. I will always recommend him...always.
If you need your AC repaired or replaced, this is the place to go! It’s hard to find honest contractors these days, and not only are they honest, they are highly skilled, fast to respond and their prices are very fair! You won’t be disappointed!
Dennie did a great job and was very informative . He kept me informed of when to expect him and he showed up on time. He charged what he quoted for the maintenance. We are looking forward to having him maintenence our HVAC system next year again.
My AC was not working and Dennie was out to my house within an hour to help. I ended up having to replace both my inside and outside units, but they were back first thing the next business day to get me up and running. I can’t recommend them enough! Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. You won’t find a better HVAC company!
I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and how prompt they were along with professionalism. They went above and beyond and not only cleaned my unit but checked it for any issues or leaks.
Mr. Denny Craddock of Craddock Heating and Air is the best! Very professional, knowledgeable and experienced! The office A/C went out last week; I called his company to give us an estimate on the repair, he came out the same day! Once a decision was made to go with the replacement option given (his price was better than the rest for a much better unit) he arranged for the new unit to be installed within 3 days! We are cool once again! Thank you Mr. Craddock!!

I know he won't make up needed services just to make more money. His prices are reasonable. He is accommodating to our busy schedules. But most importantly, he is fair and honest. Dennie is very fairly priced. Their company is professional and always willing to help. They have gotten us out of a bind on more than one occasion when summer was at its hottest. I would more then recommend Craddock hvac, I would say you are making a mistake not calling them!
