I highly recommend Chandler Quality Construction! I first spoke with Joe on the phone about my HVAC problem. He was professional, kind, helpful and called me back as promised! He set up an appointment quickly and communicated with me as well as reconfirming my appointment through texts the day before arrival. Josh arrived promptly at 7:30 am (on time!) and got right to work! He asked about my HVAC issues and started my thermostat installation. He let me know everything he was doing and did an amazing job figuring out the other issues with my system. He was kind, professional, and so personable! He was finished in less than an hour and the cost was LESS than expected! I will definitely be calling Josh and Joe for all my HVAC needs in the future!
We used Chandlers quality construction for our kitchen remodel and laundry room addition a few years ago and were very happy with them so they were my first call when our HVAC system malfunctioned and was sending carbon monoxide into our home. Josh is amazing! Josh came out that afternoon, got our hot water heater and stove back up and running all while ensuring we were safe. He gave us multiple options for systems, describing the benefits and cost associated with each. Even though he was out weeks he rescheduled a routine job so we could have heat and be safe. Josh ordered and installed a new HVAC system, fixed the original builders ducting mistakes and installed a whole house fan within a few days. He also made sure to keep us updated along the way. They are a local company employing local skilled laborers and I can't say enough great things about them. Give them a call. You won't be sorry.
They installed a mini split for me which my kids love! They showed up on time, were quick, cleaned up after themselves and over all were awesome through the whole process. The unit works amazing as well!
Joe came out the morning after I called and gave me a quote to fix my dryer vent. Within 1 hour he had his hvac guy come out to help us out. Josh came and opened the wall and replaced my dryer vent and closed wall up. Then Jason came and prettied up the drywall. They all did a great job and were super quick. I should have called Joe the first time. I did the run around with an hvac company and they suggested installing a new vent which could be problematic So I'm so happy Joe and his team were able to replace the vent using the current setup. I will definitely use them again. Thanks so much!
