Hands down THEE worst company I have ever worked with! I have had a water issue that has been delayed due to their negligence. Instead of taking accountability, I just got off the phone with the supervisor, Bryan and we just had a very interesting screaming match (: I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
Bryan is very professional and considerate of his clients. His work speaks for itself and I am very satisfied with the work that he put in!

I hired Cozy Solutions a while back, was very impressed with the customer service and the work provided. Since the first time I used them, Cozy Solutions does all of my maintenance and I haven’t been let down since. Highly recommend using them if you already haven’t.
Bryan, who is the owner of Cozy Solutions, came to my house to fix plumbing that was leaking inside a wall. He was friendly, helpful, honest, thoroughly professional and conscientious. He fixed the problem with minimal collateral damage (it was in a very tricky spot to access), cleaned up afterwards, and did it for a very reasonable price. I now know whom I will be contacting next time I need a plumber.

I have used Cozy Solutions on several occasions from refrigerator, walk-in cooler and A/C repair/replacement. Brian has always been very professional.
