William is very good at his craft. He looked at my system and determined it did not need servicing. He did not charge me for the visit.
William was able to fix my unit the same day I called. He wasn't there very long before he had fixed the problem. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for good service and fair prices. Thank you again William!
Our heat pump quit working last year. We called another company and they came out to give an estimate. The man said we needed a new unit ( unrepairable) and the cost would start at 10,000.00. We decided to wait and we are glad we did. Someone recommended Cozy Heating. Last month we called and a man came out right away after working on another job. He said he could repair our old system if he could get the parts. A few days later he came over with the parts and repaired the unit. It works perfectly now, and should last many years. He charged 600.00 for parts and 200.00 for repairs/time/two trips. We think the company is very reasonably priced.
Our AC quit in the winter so we thought we had some time to take care of it since the heater still worked. Fast forward to one of the hottest weekends and we noticed a drip in the bedroom ceiling. Things just got real fast. We called William and he came out the next day. We had two separate issues! The air handler froze and didn't drain properly as well as our downstairs AC not running. Not a fun day in 98 degrees. William spent about 4 hours at our house fixing both issues. It took him quite some time and having to swap out several parts for both units. He didn't give up until the leaks were fixed and the AC pumped out cold air again. I can't say enough about the talent and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend calling William if you have any issues with your unit.

Cozy help us with numerous issues with two HVAC systems, including a complex, 22 SEER communicating system. Was very thorough and competent. Many trips were after normal business hours after he completed his scheduled work. It was difficult to know when he would arrive but ultimately he took care of all of our issues. Very hard working, young man. Reasonable price. Give a young entrepreneur a chance to impress you too!

Cozy Heating AKA William has done many types of jobs for me, including plumbing, hvac, electrical, and handyman type jobs. Specifically checking fluids, changing out plumbing fixtures, insulating a water heater, adding a wired electrical outlet to a closet, insulating a well head. He has all kinds of tools to get things done. Just last week, I was having a difficult time opening a cap that had been sealed a long time. After exerting a great deal of force, I realized I needed to call for help. I thought, who would come and open this and wouldnt' quite no matter the obstacles. I knew I needed to call William. He has a wide knowledge of all types of contractor work. He can come at flexible hours which is a huge bonus if you are a working girl like me. He tends to be deliberate and follow all the exact specifications for the work. In other words, he is meticulous. The only "downside" if you can call it that, is that he does not rush to get it done quickly. He is on the side of thorough. So as long as you can be patient and aren't in a rush, you will have no problems. He is fair on prices. I recommend this company for all types of work, especially electrical. With this work, he is very neat and tidy, and the final product is aesthetically pleasing.

I work a crazy schedule and woke up at 6pm one evening to an 80 degree House with the ac struggling and the thermostat set to 74. I immediately called William at Cozy Heating and Air to see his availability. Fortunately, he was only tying up some loose ends around the house and said he could be out in a couple hrs. He said the compressor needed serviced and the system was dirty with acid oil. The compressor was out, flushed and ready to go back in with new oil when I left at 10pm. After a hot muggy night at work I got home to a nice cool house the next morning. He always gives me the 411 as far as qualifying the repairs vs making a replacement. However, I went with the repair vs replacement and thankfully I have had great results so far. He does great work and while others may be in and out in a hurry and may forget something, he is very meticulous if he is going to put his name behind the work. I’ve done HVAC work and can tell you that he won’t do it unless he can do it right. Thank you William for the convenience of the after hour availability! Yes people, he is my brother and I am proud to say so. He is also my first call when caught in many situations of need - especially an 80 degree house in hot, humid weather! 😅 And while I still had to pay for the services and materials, it costs me way less than any other company while knowing that I’m getting the good quality I desire.
