I live in Florida and my ac was not working at all. It needed to be replaced. I called 5 companies and no one could come out for atleast a week! David who answered my desperate phone call was very knowledgeable. He took his time to listen to me, explain things to me and act accordingly and swiftly. The crew came out within a day. The crew to include Carlos were on time, professional and did a great job!! David even followed up to make sure my ac was working properly. I am very happy with this company!

Carlos took care of the disaster that was my AC system. We called on tuesday and someone was out there later that day. Had a detailed inspection and he went through everything with me. Next day already had the parts ready and got my heat working better than ever. Great guy
Coverall has taken care of all our HVAC needs (a/c installation, a/c maintenance, emergency calls, vent work) for the last few years. Our tech, Adrian, is always respectful, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. It is nice to see a familiar face every 6 months for our regular service check. Their rates are quite reasonable as well. So glad we found them when we did!
My heat breaker was tripping every 5 mins our home was ice cold we called on Christmas eve they were at our home in less then 20 minutes at 11pm fixed it and was very polite and explained everything he was doing 5 stars ⭐️ for service thank u now we can spend our Christmas warm and cozy
I was having problems with my AC functioning and blowing cold air. House was reaching 80 degrees. Carlos came out the next day and had everything running properly in about 2 hours. House was back down to 73 before he left. Very happy with the service.

They went above and beyond , had my air conditioning running in no time and came after hours. Carlos was very knowledgeable and professional will use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing any air conditioning and heating services !

Installed a new AC/Heat system. Service was excellent, friendly and most of all, they are trustworthy! Highly recommendm them and personally for myself, will use them again and again!
Technician missed the first appointment; the following day the owner called and said they had phone problems and rescheduled for the next week. Sales Rep, Carlos, came out and seemed knowledgeable and was going to call me back with a quote in 3-5 days. Never received the call back so I called multiple times and left a message. After a couple of weeks I finally got someone and they said they were waiting on the supply house to call them back with the material cost - I was told I would be called back by the end of the day. Never received the call back. I called for a week and no one ever called me back. Always get a voicemail system which is useless because they don’t know how to use it.
Updated on Aug 2022: Poor quality during the HVAC installation caused a lot of time and money with this company. The new Trane HVAC (top quality brand) worked for 2 years before the compressor went bad, in the meantime I spent over $2,500 in fixing various issues directly related to bad installation. Now that the compressor has gone bad, I am looking to spend additional $1000 to replace them. Over and over again I have heard from various HVAC technicians that it is not the HVAC brand that matters, but the quality of the installation matters the most, it came true in this case. I have engaged a different company this time. Original review in May 2021: Coverall helped me to replace my old air conditioning unit with a brand new Trane. They understood my needs, offered the better cost effective solution, provided a no nonsense price over the phone that included air conditioner/air handler, parts, labor for installation and the city permit fee. They were able to schedule the install in a couple of days, came on-time, took around 6 hours to complete the work, the job was perfect, left the work area clean, the inspection passed with flying colors. I would highly recommend Coverall for all your cooling and heating needs.

Excellent service performed by Carlos and his techs. Carlos was able to diagnose an issue that was wrong from another AC company and save me repairs that weren't needed. They were profession and explained the issues with the unit so I can understand. I recommend Coverall Heating and AC to anyone needing AC repairs. Thanks Carlos and team.

Called Tuesday to say AC not working problem with fan motor in compressor. They came out next day Wednesday and repaired. I have AHS home warranty and they were not able to come until Friday.
Carlos was super knowledgeable and friendly. He showed up on time as well as explained everything in terms I myself as the home owner could understand. Where do I even start? This is, hands down, THE BEST customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Adrian, our technician, was very thorough and stayed longer than scheduled just to make sure he assessed every probable cause for our dying AC unit. Added bonuses? They provide easy online booking, 7-day-a-week service, great communication, and expert installation and maintenance. As far as I’m concerned, these guys are the best in the business!!
