Every since they sold to Private Equity in the past two years, all they have tried to do is get $$$ out of us.....the service technicians are compensated based on how much they can "get you" to buy. I am switching to another local provider as this is a rip off for consumers.
Nick L. fixed my cousins system and she has been reporting complete satisfaction with it we will use him for future installations. He’s very personable and answers every question that she had about the system he was installing.
Today my furnace maintenance was completed by your employee in the most courteous and friendly manner. He was not only a nice person, he was fast, efficient and totally respected covid protocol. Wish he could do all maintenance at my house. Excellent representative of your business.
I was very happy with the work Paul and Jeremy performed at my house. They explained the project completely before beginning and completed the work in the time period promised. They prepared the work site beforehand and cleaned up afterward. They updated me regularly on their progress. I am very pleased with the new furnace and humidifier. Thanks guys!
I have used Courtney's for years. I have never had a technician that was not first rate, but Randy really stood out. He was very professional and honest about my situation. I will need to replace my 22 year old furnace. Randy explained very carefully what the issues were and made considered recommendations. It is difficult to face such a major expense, but I felt I really understood my options and was able to make an informed decision. PS: He was also delightful to work with!
Randy arrived promptly. He explained what he was going to do, diagnosed the problem, installed a new capaciter, and tested the system. He was pleasant and efficient. I was thoroughly satisfied with the job he did. Thanks so much!
Great service and thorough. Performing maintenance on our Heating system, he also noticed our humidifier did not have water flowing to it which was causing our low humidity in our house. I would use again.
Mark was friendly and worked professionally. He was not rushed, answered my questions and I no felt very comfortable with his work.
Nick was FANTASTIC!! on time, very friendly, knowledgeable, great correspondence, VERY thorough etc. We have been doing business with Courtney for 30+ years and they are a GREAT company to work with including the nice secretaries that answer their phones to schedule appointments etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AAA+++
The previous maintenance worker told me we needed two or so feet of furnace redone, but when the new fellow came out to do the job, he didn't find anything the matter with the flue pipe. He had another worker with him who gave him the same opinion , so no work was done. Bother workers were knowledgeable and very professional.
Courtney's did a great job installing our AC and the guys were all professional and hard working. They were careful with their gear and ladders and we appreciated that.
We have had Courtney's Heating & Cooling perform routine annual maintenance on both our furnace and AC unit for a little over a year now. Upon inspection of our 20 year old furnace this time, a crack was found and determined that a complete replacement was needed. They were able to find a unit, schedule and complete the replacement less than 48 hours later and all employees were extremely professional and walked us through everything that was completed and for a reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough!
He was very friendly and knowledgeable in job. Took Covid precautions and worked quickly and efficiently. I needed something replaced and he explained it well and had the part with him in the truck . Installed it and sent my invoices to the phone .. quick and friendly !!
11-9-21. Mark did a great job for me. Also very friendly and helpful. Previous visits. Mike S. always does a great job. He's very good about answering any questions I may have. Patient. He listens intently and responds very capably. His work on my system appears quite good by how either my cooling or heating acts after his visits. He appears very methodical and capable. I have also noticed over the years that Courtney's customer service and scheduling ladies are incredibly good at what they do. You have EXCELLENT people Courtney's. That says a lot about your company and why I will stay with you. Thank you all. 11-2-20: This SAME review holds true again today. New ideas about adding a humidifier interest me. I may do that after saving up some money. Thanks again Mike! 3-24-21 thank you again Mike. Great maintenance work as usual. I appreciate your guidance with my thermostat wifi. I'm looking forward to an efficient cooling air conditioner.

I always have the best experience with all the Courtney employees. Today Nick came to adjust some items on my new heating unit. He was prompt , professional, and extremely pleasant. He explained clearly what he was doing and answered all my questions. I can’t say enough good things about Courtney’s service team and highly recommend them to anyone.
Paul, Jeremy and Tim Installed our new HVAC system. They were on time, courteous and professional. They answered all of our questions about the installation. They picked up and removed all materials and the old system. We were very satisfied and would recommend Courtney's to anyone looking to replace their HVAC system.
Mike was here within the time frame given and checked out my furnace for its seasonal maintenance. The call lasted about 30 minutes. Recommended monthly filter check and change. Did a great job. I can always count on quality service from Courtney's and its staff.
