If i could give 10 stars i would! Our furnace died on a cold Saturday night. I called at 7:30 at night and got an answer from Theresa. She did some diagnosis over the phone with me and it was an intermittent problem so thankfully we got it running again and we didnt freeze all night! They came by the next morning and found and fixed the issue very quickly and were very affordable. I had some other unrelated issues with the thermostat and water leaking from the humidifier which i was able to call and she helped me again over the phone. So refreshing to speak to someone so knowledgable, personable and helpful. Very grateful and i will use these folks every time. Highly recommended!

We have used them repeatedly over the past 4 years for our annual furnace and A/C maintenance, as well as replacing our old furnace when it died - they had a new unit installed in our house less than 24 hours after we initially called them! I'm not a google ratings person, this may be #1 i think. However...Rock and Theresa are worthy of a great rating, they've been serving our HVAC needs for almost 20 years. they're a family run operation and will do everything necessary for their customers. just today our A.C. went out on a 100+ day and they came by at 8PM after a 12 hour day to fix our A.C. which Theresa diagnosed precisely over the phone. 20 minutes and we've got cooling again for less than their troubles I'm sure.. they're not a corporate chain, Courtesy is family owned and a throwback to when companies took immense pride in their work and their fairness with customers. those who know call them first, they're busy but always make time for their customers old or new. delightful and personable people who know their craft with no BS!

Worst AC company I have ever delt with. They charged us over $400 dollars to fix absolutely nothing. He didn’t even take the time to diagnose it properly. Then when I called them back she tried to tell me they would not be able to make it back out for a month. No refund or anything I would not recommend this company to anyone it is a scam. He tried to say that we never met to cover up for his shady work.

Rock and Theresa installed an A/C and furnace in my home almost 12 years ago. I have used them over the years for general maintenance and repairs. They always delivered prompt and excellent service each time they responded to my home and I recommend them to everyone.

Courtesy heating and air conditioning came out for 65 buck to tell me what is wrong with my A/C. They said it was the blower motor. So I had them come back out to change the blower motor that was covered under manufacturers warranty. They charged me 300 bucks in labor plus another 65 bucks for having to come back out. Unfortunately my A/C still does not work. I have called them many times and will not return my call. I called them from a friends phone leaving a message saying I was wondering when they could come look at my A/C. They called back with in 2 hours once they found out it was me they hung up on me. I would not recommend these people to anyone.

This company is very unprofessional. We called them to come check our air conditioning and he called the first time and said he couldn't make it. When it came to the second time there was a no call no show. We figured we would give him one more chance and he didn't show up or call again. I guess no one else's time matters. I would recommend doing business with a more professional company.

It can be a daunting task looking for someone to help fix or service your HVAC systems. “Will they actually fix the problem correctly?”, “Do they actually know what they are doing?”, “Will I be overcharged for an inadequate job?”… HVAC systems tend to be fairly robust so needing help is not necessarily a seasonal or even yearly job but when there is an issue you tend to need help quickly so the search begins in earnest. After research and too many phone calls I came across Courtesy Heating & Air Conditioning. My first contact was with Teresa who spent a few moments going through the problem so they could be as prepared as possible with the service call. She even called back prior to the appointment with a few more questions. They both arrived promptly, prepared and ready to find a solution. We’d installed a nest thermostat during winter but the a/c wasn’t kicking on now that the weather was warmer (we’d never tested it in the winter). Long story short they found the culprits, a problem with the control board and a short in a wire that had been installed poorly a decade before. They even followed up with a courtesy call on a Saturday morning to test and make sure everything was perfect. We have had a number of service people over the years and I would struggle to find anyone or any company even close to the level of professionalism, courtesy not to mention their concern for your final cost. Your search for knowledgeable, honest and well priced HVAC needs ends with Courtesy Heating and Air Conditioning, speak with Teresa or Roc, I’m sure like me, you will be very happy you did. We will need to replace our hot water tanks soon, I only have one number I will call.

This company was a life saver for us today. The nice lady that answered the phone, forgot her name, was able to walk my husband through some troubleshooting and fix the problem over the phone. We have a disabled member of the family and being without air would have been detrimental to his health. She was very patient and helpful. We even tried to buy her a pizza but all she wanted is for us to consider their company for any future needs. I highly recommend this company!
