So my air conditioner went out the night before and I was able to get them to respond, One of the owners, Trevor, sent me the two people here in Manor area to call or text. Anthony was spot on, he was able to send out his technician right away, He told me he would text me. HE DID!! (Started texting 745am and to my house by 9:30 in the morning. Very nice outfit. Mike even said that he did a tune-up and checked everything upstairs, checked all my levels. If I wanted to do 6 months I could call them. I have used them before when we had the snowvid 2021, one of the owner's Trevor, kept telling me the turn of my emergency heat and nothing would happen, he couldn't believe it so he came over the check and saw that I did not have heat strips, only one, Christianson did such a poor job installing, and that the ceramic coil was busted because the metal flapper that covers the hole only had one screw in it which it should have had four. He did that visit for free as a neighbor. For me, as a woman, upstanding care.
Very impressed with the service provided. They were able to provide same day diagnostics, and had the HVAC unit ordered/installed all within five days (including the weekend!). Price was reasonable and in line with expectation. I can't comment on the pricing/reliability of other HVAC providers in the Manor, TX area, however based on my experience with other services (e.g. handyman/electrical) and having to deal with their flaky and overpriced services, Country Thyme AC & Heat is definitely a "breath of fresh air." Unfortunately it is unlikely I'll need any HVAC services in the short term as the unit they installed comes with a 10 year warranty. I am definitely excited to have them as my primary go to for any other household/repair services they may provide. Highly highly recommended!
Our aging A/C is giving us some small troubles here and there. Anthony is always ready to help, the issues been solved on the same day. On time, good manners, professional, reasonable. He is not trying to sell me something I don't need, very honest.I would highly recommend his services!
I can’t thank Trevor enough. Great customer service. Took care of my AC problems in no time.
They were great. The tech had broken his arm the day he was supposed to come out. He reached out to me and let me know. He came out the next day and still got me taken care of. I had previously called Air pro. They had cut the wire on the capacitor and tried to tell me I needed a $480 blower motor. I'm an electrician and was able to test the motor and the capacitor and both were fine.
I cannot recommend Trevor highly enough. I have had multiple HVAC technicians and companies come out for service over the last couple years, and once Trevor came out, I never looked anywhere else again. I have recommended him to anyone who mentioned needing help or maintenance on their system. He was honest, punctual, informative, and more capable than anyone I have ever seen in this field. I saved myself Thousands of dollars by hiring Country Thyme, and if you are thinking of having any work done, call them to get a second opinion. You'll be glad you did.

Highly recommend this company! Trevor was able to come out quickly without having to wait days to get my ac issue fixed! He was very professional and quickly fixed what I needed! He was very commutative the whole time and didn’t try to BS me. I really appreciate him and his company for helping me out so quickly!

Anthony responded quickly to our call. He was great at explaining to us what was wrong. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and didn't try to nickel and dime us. Would recommend Country Thyme AC to others.
Trevor is very knowledgeable about HVAC. He explains everything to you so you can understand what is going on. He is also an honest guy who does not try to sell you things that you really do not need. I will definitely recommend Trevor to anyone needing a great HVAC guy.
Trevor and Anthony offer superior service. They are incredibly well-mannered, as well as knowing their AC stuff. They always offer options and never try to over-sell. Our only concern for them is that they don't have a strong web presence.
Recently, we were experiencing some AC issues, so I put a message on our community page asking for recommendations for a trustworthy contractor. Multiple neighbors responded with "Country Thyme AC & Heat." Before I even had an opportunity to call, Trevor (the owner) reached out to me offering his services! Trevor happens to live closeby, and was at our home within an hour on a Sunday evening! He fixed the problem, at a very reasonable rate, and even offered some helpful advice to my husband. I highly recommend Country Thyme! We had an incredible experience and will always call Trevor with any future AC & Heating needs!

I have used these guys multiple times over Many years and they have always done an excellent job. They do not try to sell you things you do not need, they do extra things for you to make sure that your unit is working properly. Their prices are more than fair and their availability and response times are the best I have experienced!
