I called Cottrell and Brandon and another very qualified individual came out and took out the time to listen to my problem and quickly began to investigate. They quickly located the issue and fixed it. They both were professional, exceptional and kind. I will be committing to their annual service plan...Great Job!

This company is the very best and most professional group I have ever used. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They came on time and called me when it looked like they might be running late. We had a drain that was super clogged and they got it cleaned out and shared ideas of how to prevent in the future. Excellent! The plumbers were professional the entire time they were here and communicated very effectively about the issue and their plans for remedy.
I have used cotrell 2 times now the first time was to fix our heat pump over the summer the ac part went out they are friendly and professional people I recently had a clog in my kitchen sink and I called and they were super helpful in guidance on what I should check for and helped get my drain cleared I will definitely be using them next time we have a plumbing or heat/ac emergency thank you guys very much!!
We were doing some kitchen renovations and had a pipe start spewing water at 7am! We couldn't locate the water cut off and called Cottrell because it said they were available 24 hours. A very kind woman answered the phone and said a plumber would be in touch with us shortly. Within 5 minutes Josh called us and walked my husband through where to find the main water cut off for the house. We didn't have the right tool to do this, so he hurried right over and cut it off for us! What a life (and kitchen) saver! It is so nice to know there is an empathetic, professional company right here in our community! We will definitely use Cottrell for any future plumbing needs we have!
I had a leak in my bathtub area and called Cottrell and Co. for an estimate. I chose them because they were offering a free estimate and had pretty good reviews on Angie's List. They responded to my PM pretty quickly and we set up an appointment for a few days later. The gentleman that showed up was Josh and he was the lead master plumber for the company. He was very professional and polite and explained what the problem was with my bathtub and scheduled an appointment for a few days later to repair the issue. I was very impressed with Josh and as my first contact with the company, left a very positive impression on me. This morning, I received a phone call from Joseph telling me about what time he would be arriving. He was, just like Josh, very polite on the phone. He arrived with a partner (sorry, I already forgot his name!) and they both removed their shoes and entered my house. They looked at the problem and immediately went to work. They were both extremely polite and had the job done in less than an hour. I am very satisfied with my experience with Cottrell and Co. and am happy to have the number for a company that is trustworthy and good at what they do. If I ever have any other plumbing issues, I will not hesitate to call on this company.
