We are so happy with our new heat pump installed by Costello Climate Control. With the Mass Save incentives available, we were looking to replace our oil burning furnace with a heat pump which both heats and cools the house. Our house never had central air conditioning but it already had ducts for heating, so we didn't need mini splits. I contacted Peter from Costello Climate Control and he responded very quickly. We set up a meeting so he could evaluate the size of the system. In order for a heat pump to work efficiently in all conditions, this step is a must. The system that he chose fits our house perfectly. After receiving the detailed quote, we decided that Peter and his team were the right company for the job. The Costello Climate Control van showed up on time and started the removal of the old system which included the old oil tank. They started prepping for the installation and worked on sealing and insulating the ducts. Once everything was in place, the electrician connected the heat pump and new thermostat and started the system. It runs great! After the install, I had some questions and Peter and his team were able to address them. We're very pleased with the company and their work.

I bought a ductless mini split at Home Depot thinking I could install it myself. When I realized I was in over my head I called Costello. They came out drained it and left. They didn’t charge me but I still don’t know why my unit doesn’t work. I talked to several other people who said they never should have drained it.
When our furnace died suddenly, Costello Climate Control, replaced it with a new one in a day. Very neat and professional work. Great customer service.

Costello climate control replaced our old rusty oil tank with a beautiful new Roth Stainless Double Wall tank. They took care of pumping the oil out, disposing of the old tank and running all the lines and everything to the new tank. They came in on time, on budget and delivered a quality product with really excellent service. They only wanted $200 more than my oil company did - but my oil company quoted me for just a regular tank like the one I was replacing. It was a no brainer! Don’t hesitate to use Costello Climate control you won’t be disappointed!

We just purchased a new home only to find a small hole in our existing oil tank. CCC gave us a competitive quote but was able to do the repair right away so that we wouldn't be without heat or hot water. Excellent crew, quality work, great response
Connect split system
Ok, where to start about how awesome the crew at Costellos has been for our family? To say that we had an unusual situation is putting it mildly. Our Bryant AC is 10 yrs old and at the time had fancy early “smart technology”. The issues started during the July heat wave and the crew came out and fixed what we thought the problem was, but this particular system kept throwing up one obstacle after another because of the way that each of the three components sensors “talked” with each other. The Costello guys were real problem solvers and kept working at various solutions until it was a permanently fixed. They could have told me it could not be fixed and suggested a brand new system for big bucks. They could have said it was too big of a bother and to find another service company, but they didn’t they stuck with it until a solution was found! And they were highly communicative and always polite and on time and helpful. I’m so appreciative of their honesty and integrity throughout. Thank you to Pete and the whole Costello team!!
Costello Climate control saved my family from a tough situation. We brought my son home from the hospital after his birth and our AC conveniently died. It just so happened to be a 90 degree weekend and my husband and I were very stressed that the house would get too warm. Pete and his team saved the day installing a new Carrier unit in less than 48 hours. They were professional, pricing was fair and the job well done. I would recommend Costello Climate Control to all of my friends and neighbors. Great family run business.
