I purchased my home in fall of 2020 and started using Cornerstone immediatley to service my HVAC system. The service itself is great, and my husband and I overall thought our technicians were friendly and professional, however, I am giving the lower rating because of their lack of responsiveness. They offer a plan where you pay one annual fee and they put you on a list and are supposed to call you once in the spring and once in the fall to come out and service your system. Spring 2021 and Fall of 2021 no one ever called us to schedule the servicing. Spring of 2022 came, and again no one called. We made a mention of it to the dispatcher when we called, and got the "oh we were just starting to make calls" ... this was in June 2022. Again came the fall, and we never got a call to service our heating system. We had to call and schedule the service ourselves, even though we had paid for the annual service where they were supposed to call us... finally got someone out on November 4th and were told our unit looked fine. Flash forward to November 18th and I woke up to my house at 59 degrees. I thought the pilot light was out, but it was not. I called cornerstone and got their answering machine. I asked them to come back out and take a look at it and never got a call back. My husband then called later that evening as the next four days the overnight high was not expected to get above freezing. I know not all businesses are open over the weekends, but it is Monday and I have been without heat for four days and never got a call back from cornerstone. I did have to contact a different service provider today because of the severe cold, who was able to come out. I will note that my unit is over 30 years old, and it wasn't a total surprise to learn that the motherboard blew, but I was shocked it was only two weeks after being serviced. Extremely rude and aggressive towards me. Would not recommend. His car also cut off 3 lanes of traffic and proceeded to try and run me off the road.
Kirk and Tyler were fantastic! They were timely, informative and helpful throughout the process of installing a new furnace in my home. They answered any questions I had and took the time to make sure I understood the new unit. Very impressed with their work and I highly recommend them for any HVAC or Heating work you need for your home or business.
I am beyond satisfied and thankful for the help we received from the employee at Cornerstone Heating and Air. The guy who helped us was very informative and nice. I will be recommending Cornerstone Heating and Air to all my family and friends.
The technician who came out to as very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. I learned a lot while he was here and he was very friendly and professional. He got the job done quickly and efficiently, and figured out what was wrong with my furnace. 20 out of 10 would recommend this company. Thank you so much!!
This is a great compan to deal with. They are courteous and professional. They are knowledgeable about what they are doing and work quickly to get the job done right. They are very affordable for their maintenance program and work with our home warranty program.
Rodney and Tyler are great! Tyler came for a repair to the heater, and due to his service and Rodney's responsiveness, we have signed a maintenance agreement with them. Tyler is patient, and explains everything so you have full understanding! Definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future! They also offer very fair pricing!
We had Tyler out today to work on our Ac! They were so helpful and answered all my questions! We bought a place that sat for 5 years so I was a little nervous about the unit! Tyler fixed the issue we had and made us feel more comfortable with our unit. They are very honest and don’t try to sell you more than you need. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future!
There are not enough good things to say about Cornerstone. I called them at 10am and they were out by noon. Extremely knowledgeable and professional - Kirk walked me through every step they took. I renovate houses for a living and have dealt with dozens of contractors all across Oklahoma, Cornerstone is by far the best trade company I have ever come across. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I can not say enough good things about my experience with Cornerstone. I am new homeowner and was devasted to learn my furnace was having issues. Mr. Rodney and Mr. Kerk showed real integrity, professionalism, and kindness. They worked with me and my home warranty provider to get my issue resolved. Mr. Rodney is such a patient man. He always took my calls or called me back when he was available(as a customer that is so important). He never showed an ounce of frustration or impatience with me. Mr. Kerk is very knowledgeable and is thorough in his assessments and overall work. My unit was old and looked intimidating, but Mr. Kerk showed no fear and was able to find the problem😊. He did an amazing job installing my new unit. I am firm believer in "treating people with respect and honesty" and Cornerstone is doing just that. I trust the people at Cornerstone and I am glad to say that I am a customer. I would recommend Cornerstone to ANYONE!
Our 35 year old unit finally died. We called our SIL (a contractor), Jason Peper (Trail Blazer Homes), for a recommendation. He suggested Cornerstone Heating & Air. They were right on it. They came out, took pictures, and gave us an estimate very quickly. They removed the old furnace and outside AC unit, and replaced them with all new equipment. In one day! They were here 13 hours, and were as nice & friendly when they left as they were when they got here. You get a text when they expect to be there, and another one when they are heading your way. No guessing games with your schedule. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know.

I appreciate the honesty and integrity I receive when dealing with Cornerstone Heating and Air. I can always count on Rodney to provide ALL the available options when it comes to the needed repairs. Rodney is very professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and upfront about all costs. I recommend Rodney every chance I get, and appreciate Cornerstone Heat and Air for great service they provide.
I was given Rodney James name from a friend of a friend after having Airco come to my house to repair a faulty fan blower. Airco's guy barely was in the attic 5 minutes and quoted me $1027 for a fan motor replacement. I balked, primarily due to the limited inspection time and lack of diagnoses. I called Rodney, he came to my house today and diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes as a faulty capacitor and was replaced and fixed for $131. Works perfectly now. Don't look any further, if you want a truly honest HVAC guy, Rodney is your man. Oh, and he is punctual and a pleasure to deal with.
Really hot day when my AC went out. Called Cornerstone that morning. He said if it was at all possible he would get to it that day. He came to my house at 6:00pm (basically after his day was done) and repaired my unit. I am a retired inspector; I know quality work and a good price when I see it. I received both excellent service and a price that was below 5 other contractors (that I had called). He did not even charge me overtime rates. He said he wanted me as a return customer. Very very very pleased with Cornerstone. Will recommend him to any friends who need HVAC work.
My son damaged my outside unit and the technician that Cornerstone sent out was able to fix it. Good customer service.
