Con Esta compañía yo es tenido todos los problemas que se puede saber de ac ellos me vendieron una unidad nueva en julio 2020 y todo lo meses tiene que venir a reparar o corregir y ahora lo llamo y están actuando de irresponsable no contestan ni reciben mensajes ellos saben trabajar pero no son responsables ni honesto

Hvac service. Just had a absolutely terrible experience from cordes hvac service. They put in a whole new system about a year and half ago. Couple months my ac stopped working they came to fix it 600 plus repair fee...said it was the compressor and asked if we had gotten hit by lightening. We didn’t think so but there had been storms. Now they were called back over a week before thanksgiving about 12 weeks after they came and fixed the compressor again no ac/heat tech comes out and first thing he says is “your fan is out did you get hit by lightening?” I said no it’s not even been storming. Comes to replace the fan about a week later and I yes ME tells him it’s still not working he goes back and tells me now the heating element is out and ASKED AGAIN DID WE GET HIT BY LIGHTENING even if we did nothing has worked since before he came out before so he didn’t properly diagnose the problem the week prior. I said for Christ sakes I do not have a lightening rod out there there has been no storms. I call the owner Moses he tells me not to worry HE will be out to fix it either Friday or Monday morning, and there will be no charge, and maybe it wasn’t lightening. But a power surge. Here it is Tuesday the same guy comes and now he’s asking for a $225 charge and I should be happy that the part was free. Well I had my master electrician come out after the last time they were out and HE said that the initial time they came out the ac was not hooked up right electrically, and that it would continue to cause problems and that what was causing the electrical surges NOT lightening!!! So disappointed in this whole ordeal. I WOULD have been a lifetime customer because I really liked Moses when he initially installed the unit after Moses and I talked EVEN with the electrician coming out and saying things were not hooked up right i thought Moses was trying to Make things right when he and I talked on the phone. To piggy back on the review from Christy Brandon........I drove to the location listed on the website, this business is not there. Empty office front, no work trucks. I too have asked Crystal for pictures that were supposedly taken of my unit,.so I can submit to my home warranty company,.as Corde's has not been honest with me or the home warranty company. To date, have not received these pics,, nor has my home warranty company. It seems the owner has admitted that the work was not done as it should have been. I agree with the previous review given by Christy. This company is unprofessional, dishonest and quite shady. They have been reported to the BBB and the home warranty company has opened an investigation on them, as they don't want this type of company to represent them & their business. If I were you, I would take these negative reviews into consideration before using this company. It will be more stress, money & work.for.you in the long run.

If I could give them less than a 1 star rating I would! This is the WORST AC company to deal with. We were forced to use them because of our home warranty company. We have an issue with our home not cooling down when the AC is on. Corde's sent a tech out (Moises), who stayed less than 10 minutes & did absolutely NOTHING. He had no tools with him, did not take any of the outside AC covers off, looked down thru the unit & said everything is working. He then came inside turne the thermostat fan on & said it is working. At which point we asked him to use a thermometer to the vents to see what the temp of the air blowing out was. He came in with a ladder, he put his hand up to the vent & said it wasnt terribly cold, but it was blowing air out. He said I think it just needs to be cleaned for $325. We were NOT happy with his lack of attempt to see what was wrong & IMMEDIATELY called Corde's & our home warranty company to voice our dissatisfaction. They apologized & sent a different tech out 2 days later (Phillip). He came in with a bag full of tools & a tool belt, went out to the AC unit, took off panels & hooked up his equipment. He found almost immediately that there was little Freon in the unit & there is a leak somewhere. He said that cleaning the unit will do NOTHING to fix the problem & in fact we should not waste the money to clean the unit until the problem is fixed. We then contacted Corde's yet again to say that Moise's lack of work showed by their other tech finding the problem immediately. Because of Moises's incorrect diagnosis, the home warranty company is requiring the unit to be cleaned before they will repair it. To pay $325 for something that is unnecessary because of the tech's 1st mistake by not doing his job properly is RIDICULOUS! We called Corde's AGAIN to voice.our dissatisfaction & told them because of their mistake, we felt they should provide the cleaning for free, BUT that we would meet them half way and the owner Mr. Cordes REFUSES to make thei

Phillip came over like 2 hours after I had called to make an appointment. He was great he helped cleaned up some of the wiring mess from a previous company and he explained all that he was doing. He also installed a new thermostat. He was very kind and polite. It was a great experience. I will definitely call again if I ever need anything

Installed a brand new system. Quits working after hours of use. They redid some duct work. Rigged ac to bypass built in breaker. They don't work weekends even when their installation and repair didn't work. No consideration for their customers. Only have one tech that has ever showed up in 6 visits. And speaks on phone with someone for advice. Owner has never showed up to try to diagnose.
