The technician, Zed, was punctual, polite, friendly, informative and answered all of my question. The company is fortunate to have a fine employee. It was a pleasure to meet him.
These guys installed the AC in our new home and we signed up for their service plan. During the first service, a suspected leak was not followed up on. This lead to multiple service calls and repairs. Once the owner became aware of the situation, he immediately reached out and made the situation right. Mistakes happen. The response was correct and quick.
Copper Star replaced our AC units for the summer, great company would recommend them to everyone I know excellent service professional, informative and helpful!!
We had Copper Star install a new AC unit. From the initial call for an estimate to the install everything went smooth and timely. On the day of the install it was raining but that didn't deter these guys at all, not even having to go in the crawl space under our house. They were courteous and professional and answered all my questions. We would highly recommend Copper Star to everyone.
Jesse is super friendly and professional. We had air scrubbers installed and he came back to ensure they were working properly due to excessive dust.
Cesar was awesome. He was stuck with the wrong part initially (not his fault) brought me a portable AC due to the heat, came back and completed the job. Thank you Cesar!
Ceasar was very nice, arrived on time and spent a lot of time getting my system Running properly. He fixed dampers and changed the air flow , so my home would cool More effectively.
Woke up to no AC. Called and left a message because it was before they opened. They called right away in the morning and we’re here by 11:00am. Jesse was courteous, knowledgeable and had us back up and running very quickly. This was my first experience with Copper Star but their customer service was first class! Thanks Jesse for getting us back up and running. I will definitely use them again.
Tech arrived a few minutes before quoted arrival time, quickly diagnosed the issue, discussed the options for repair and then completed the repair. Great experience and will use them again!
Jesse was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to figure out that the ac unit was okay and that it may be an electrical issue for the reason why it wasn’t working and turns out it was. The overall experience was great. I definitely recommend Copperstar for your ac/heating needs.

I had Tom at Copper Star quote the replacement of one of my A/C units. Not only was he the best price I found he delivered as promised. Not only did the crew arrive on time as scheduled, but Tom was onsite with them to ensure they were dialed into the work that needed to be done. They put down floor covering and building protection as needed to protect my home. The crew was efficient and worked together in task assignment to expedite the removal, install, and activation. They cleaned up all materials at completion and finished at the promised time. They completed all work as promised, and yes I did climb into my attic to make sure everything was done. I have already recommended Copper Star to family, friends, and co-workers. I can be a picky client and they have earned my business.
Tierso was very professional, friendly, and responsible. I like how he wore shoe covers to avoid getting dirt in the house. He was extremely polite. He listen to what I said and answered all of my questions. He investigated, discovered the problem, and repaired it in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend this business and this person

I can't say enough about Tom, Kent and the team at Copper State Heating & Cooling! From start to finish, communications was great. The crew showed up right on time and at one point, I counted 6 work trucks. They all worked in unity and the installation went on without a hitch. This was no easy task as they replaced my two 20 year old units, including the air handle and furnace, with two brand new Lennox high efficiency units and two new smart thermostats. WOW, what a difference!!! These units pump out some serious air! They finished about 5pm in June and within 20 minutes, the temperature had dropped 5 degrees. My old units would have taken well over an hour to cool down that much. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND Copper State Heating & Cooling!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed.
Cesar came to do our semi annual inspection for our cooler. He was professional, friendly, on time and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Great company
Copper Star team to the rescue!!! We had air conditioning issues arise over the weekend to were we were not getting any cold air. All we had to make is one phone call and Cesar showed up. He was very professional and very thorough with his explanation of what the issue was and the resolution. He replaced the part quickly and took his time to test the system to make sure no further issues came up. I would highly recommend the Team at Cooper Star Heating and Cooling.
Copper Star is a great company! My air conditioner needed to be replaced. I spoke with Tom, he sent a quote within a few hours and the installation was started right away. The installation was quick and done right. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
