Copper Jacket HVAC came out to replace my failing heat pump with a new system. David inspected my system and showed me exactly where the problems were and recommended a replacement unit at a reasonable price. They were prompt and clean with the installation. They had the new unit up and running within one day, and I haven't had any A/C issues since. I am very happy with the equipment and quality of service provided, and would recommend Copper Jacket HVAC to anyone looking to tune up, repair, or replace their A/C unit.
We had Dave come out and look at our heater because it went out. He was the only one that would come out and look at it same day. Dave spent some time checking things out and found the issue and had use back up and running the same day for a good price. Thank you Dave and your team for amazing work.
David came to us as a referral from my boss, a real estate agent. He answered his phone!! Came out within 2 hours on a Saturday & determined what we already knew: our 20 year old system was done. After picking up the new one on Monday morning, he & his co worker came and installed it. Had it working by late that afternoon. Great price! A pleasure to work with. Don’t hesitate to use him.
I’ve been in the maintenance business for about 30 years now here in Tucson. I’ve had the opportunity to use a lot of companies in that time, some good some bad mostly just OK. Copper jacket, on the other hand happens to be some of the very best service that I have ever received in all those years. Not only do they show up on time and do the job completely. They don’t overcharge you they don’t upsell you they don’t try to get you to buy stuff that you don’t need, they simply come out diagnose the problem and fix it in a quick and professional manner. I have never had better service than with Copper jacket. I recommend them to everyone that I know. And now I get to recommend them to you. Five stars all the way.
